My loan process with Neighbors Bank was far from straightforward. There were multiple moving parts and a few unexpected hurdles, but Josh Falke and Lane Blalock never missed a beat.

They stayed calm, professional, and proactive the entire time — constantly finding solutions instead of excuses. Communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt they were one step ahead, making sure nothing fell through the cracks.

If you’re looking for a lender who doesn’t give up when things get complicated — who actually sees your loan through with integrity and determination — I can’t recommend Neighbors Bank (and especially Josh and Lane) enough.

The worst experience I have ever had. No one knows what the other is doing. Complete incompetence. They string you along with one mistake after another. Finally said enough and went to my Realtor for a recommendation.
