I ordered blinds from New Edge Blinds via Amazon but the courier damaged the box and lost the brackets. The customer service I received from New Edge Blinds was exemplary - someone to actually speak to and really helpful follow up emails to keep me updated. The brackets arrived in 2 days and the blinds were super easy to put up. The blinds look great in my bathroom, are of high quality and really well priced. I would definitely recommend New Edge Blinds based on the quality of the product, ease of installation and great customer service.

The quality is lovely and certainly does the job of blocking the light out.
When I had to contact the company on the delivery they was quick to respond and tracked the parcel for me then a back up email to see if it had come .
Customer service very good

Blind arrived and is clearly broken. The pulley system did not work making it impossible for the blackout blind to roll up. I'd also ordered the exact size for my specific Dakstra window and the blind size was all just slightly off by a cm or so which further made installation difficult.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute disgrace of a Company. Sent faulty blinds out and then blame their customers. Full blank refuse refund and take no liability at all. Send replacement parts out to fix what was suppose to be full functional blind for the part to also be faulty and put the blame on the customer once again. Do not order from these, if you have any issues with your order you will not get a refund and be left out of pocket!
They say they send evidence of how it’s left them with just blank files saying QC1, 234. Then when you question it, it’s the customers faults again for either not downloading it properly or having the right device. The company is actually laughable. You only have to look at their other customers reviews to know it’s not only myself who have had issues with them.

Dissapointed customer
Blinds arrived and I was unable to locate the fittings needed to install them, which was very frustrating as they were needed urgently. The company has stated that their packing checks showed the fittings were included before dispatch, however they were not available to me upon delivery.
After I contacted them, replacement fittings were offered, which I appreciate. However, I was also informed that if I wished to return the item, I would need to pay the return postage costs myself, which I did not feel was fair in the circumstances.
The overall experience caused inconvenience and left me unhappy with the service. I also found the repeated references to “seeking advice”, “reviewing options”, potential legal action and recovery of costs over my review uncomfortable and unnecessary for an honest customer review.
Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

Great product with exceptional prices
Great product with exceptional prices, received order within days, well packaged slight issue with the end curtain track contacted and the customer service was amazing new end track sent out arrived promptly the next along with extra replacement if needed. Definitely recommend this company there products are great

Curtain Poles
We ordered 2 curtain poles via The Range and the quality is outstanding. Really pleased with our purchase. I did have to contact Customer Services over a minor issue but this was resolved promptly and efficiently. Great service, thank you.

Prompt resolution to a measurement misunderstanding
Due to a misunderstanding of the definition of the measurements, the blinds I received did not fit into my recess. However, upon contact, New Edge Blinds were nothing but helpful from the outset. Their communications were prompt and they were happy to help me resolve the situation. I cannot fault the service or the quality of the blinds and would highly recommend doing business with them.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Ordered two Roman blind kits but they were damaged on delivery (inadequate packaging) which resulted in missing items. Contacted New Edge by email and got an immediate response and replacements parts sent. In addition follow up emails were sent to check if I had received the parts ok. I cannot give 5 stars due to the initial poor packaging.
