Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. I ordered a curtain pole through B&Q and the wrong item was delivered. After contacting B&Q, New Edge Blinds said I needed to return the wrong item to a local B&Q store before they would ship the correct item, because their returns policy doesn't include courier collections, despite the fact the Consumer Rights Act states the supplier is responsible for paying for and arranging collection when the wrong item is delivered.
New Edge Blinds expect me to waste my own time and money to correct a mistake that they made. Absolutely shocking, and illegal, customer service.

I’m sorry to hear about this and I understand why you’re frustrated, receiving the wrong item is not what anyone expects.
Because this order was placed via B&Q, the return/exchange process is normally handled through B&Q’s returns channel, which is why a store return may have been suggested. However, we absolutely do not expect you to be out of pocket for correcting an error, and we want to resolve this fairly and promptly.
We have asked for a few further details (such as the B&Q order/reference number and the item received vs. expected) so we can investigate properly and arrange the correct resolution as quickly as possible.
Once we have the requested information and we’ll take this forward immediately.

I ordered 115cm wide blinds
I ordered 115cm wide blinds, the instructions ok the product page said they can be trimmed up to 8cm. They arrived already cut so I could not cut them down. No instructions in the box, the cuts were not even clean and all the shrapnel was in the box. They did not state that they would cut them down. I believe they have just sent me some second hand blinds. Now I have to pay to ship them back. Absolutely unbelievable.

I’m sorry to read this and for the frustration caused. After checking our records, the order placed does not appear to be for a 115cm width, so there may be some confusion over the size selected at checkout. We also want to reassure you that we do not supply second-hand blinds, all items are dispatched as new.
That said, if the blinds arrived with a poor cut finish, debris in the packaging, or missing instructions, that’s not acceptable and we want to put it right. We have contacted you directly to resolve this, but we haven’t received a response yet.
Please reply to our message with your order details so we can investigate and agree the quickest solution.

The delivery took ages…
The delivery of the duvet set took ages to arrive and when I opened the parcel, the duvet set didn't have any wrapping on!
I'm returning it as obviously been handled and I suspect returned by another customer like that!

Sample colour names unrelated to product colour names!
I ordered (and paid postage for) six samples of different colours and materials for made-to-measure Venetian blinds. Unfortunately the range names and colours of the samples have no correlation with what is offered on the website. When I queried this with customer services I was advised that colour “dream” is actually “ultra white” (!), but not to order a blind if I wasn’t confident it would be my preferred colour. Needless to say, I have no confidence and have not ordered.

To clarify, the colour names shown online are our retail names, while the factory uses different internal names. This can understandably cause confusion, and we did explain this when you contacted us. We also reassured you that the blind you order will always match the physical sample you receive, regardless of the naming difference.
We regret that this left you feeling uncertain and that you chose not to proceed with your order. Our aim is always to give customers confidence in their purchase, and we will review how we present colour names to make this clearer in future.

Amazing and easy kits for me to make roman blinds.
I ordered these roman blinds kits for a customer that im making roman blinds for after she gave me the measurements.
When arrived she came and checked it was all I needed as she ordered fabric.
Was all perfect and now I've started making.
I will be making another customer some, so will be ordering more of the kits soon. I will also making myself some aswell. Can't wait. 100% order from here again

Read the returns policy before purchasing
Unfortunately the item’s poor packaging resulted in many of the contents missing on delivery. I then had to pay for returning the item even though the fault was theirs. As this was a large item the cost to return was nearly as much the purchase price. Of note, I subsequently purchased exact same item from another company which was securely packaged and as expected.

Helpful staff selling decent products
Being a complete novice, I had a lot of questions about making Roman blinds which Keenan, in particular, answered in a very well-considered and patient manner. It soon transpired that - other than fabric - the kit did, indeed, contain everything I needed … at a reasonable price, too!

prompt delivery, good quality blinds at a good price, packaging was damaged on delivery which had resulted in some parts falling out but when I contacted the company they were most helpful and quickly sent out the replacement bits. I would use this company again.

From initial ordering through to final delivery this was a dream process. The measuring process was clear and straightforward. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and the final fitting perfect. The quality of the blinds was also excellent!

Cheap poor quality product, poor delivery and terrible customer service
ordered a Duchess Duvet Set in Silver from The Range, package finally arrived today from New Edge Blinds when opened the duvet set was not in any packaging other than the delivery bag and was a completely different set to what i ordered. No paperwork in delivery bag and no returns label. I rang and was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours, person on phone could not tell me how to get a refund or how to return set. There website does not even show a Duchess Duvet Set so why are they advertising one on The Range website. Cheap poor quality product, poor delivery and terrible customer service
