Being buying new rock boots since 2000s and they are amazing!
This time i bought online from oficial site and no problems. Iam from portugal and the ship was very fast!

Will buy more in the future for sure!

Suite à l'achat d'une paire de newrock style chaussure montante et surtout après presque 2 ans d'utilisation, je peux affirmer que le cuir est de bonne qualité, mais en revanche le caoutchouc de la semelle............ c'est devenu plus fragile.......... J'ai une paire bien plus ancienne où la semelle ne s'est pas fissurée, déchiré comme c'est le cas sur ce modèle plus récent. Vu le prix de vente, il serait nécessaire de remettre la qualité en avant pour du durable. Cordialement.

I was a little scared ordering from newrock.com after reading these reviews, but my experience was great! The shoes were shipped within a week of my order and DHL delivered my order from Spain to Czechia in a few days, so within two weeks of my order, I received my delivery (I could track my delivery so I knew where it way at all times). Very happy about the shoes, they look exactly as they do on the website, no complaints here. Maybe some of the review are from people who ordered from scam websites? There are quite a few websites that pretend to be New Rock official websites.

No problems, arrived after 14 days and i live in Denmark.

First the returns process is poor. After a quick response telling us how to make a return we spent c.£20 for NewRock's pick up service and have heard nothing. eMails going unanswered, and a call was automatically disconnected. Beginning to think we've lost c.£250

Second watch out - free shipping is only to EU AND excludes import tax. So with the glories of Brexit we picked up c. £50+ charge from FedEx on arrival.

Only buy if you can afford to write off the cost of the footwear if it doesn't fit or is faulty.

Ordered expressive pair of shoes with fastening clips. Two of the four clips were broken on arrival. Have attempted email, insta, and phone calls. I get nothing. Can't even get through on the phone to leave a message. The call is answered, i select language (I've tried both English and Spanish) and then I get a "connection failed" message before being dropped.

Je suis cliente de ce site depuis des années et tout s’est toujours très bien passé même en cas de pépin (ça m’est arrivé une fois, échange très rapide).
Encore une fois je suis ravie, j’ai reçu ma commande en avance, en 4 jours avec FedEx et suivi!
Les chaussures sont d’une qualité remarquable.

I should have read the reviews here until placing an order, well my 14 yr old son did. He wanted a certain pair of boots and paid a LOT of money for them and never received them. I sent many emails and finally Patricia (spelled differently) replied with so many apologies. She said my son would have his money back straight away, blah blah it hasn’t arrived yet so here we are. It’s been 3 weeks and it’s his Christmas money, purchase elsewhere guys because he doesn’t have the boots or his money. I told her this and she didn’t care, imagine his upset. For shame on you Newrock!!!!

If my son’s money does return then I’ll give 2 stars!

They sent me the shoes in different sizes and one defected shoe, I managed to call them once and they said to email photos of the boots and they would send a return slip. I've emailed and called them daily for months and I've not heard anything back, the phone just goes to hold and then they hang up... now trying to get my money back. Worst service ever.

J'ai commandé sur internet un modèle que je voulais depuis des années, 2 mois après j'ai pu récupérer les bottes en boutique à Paris et je suis déçu.
Le modèle n'était pas contractuel par rapport aux photos du site, à l'ouverture j'ai tout de suite relevé 2 erreurs, la première étant la forme des bouts de la chaussure, elles n'étaient pas bonnes, sur la photo les bouts sont carrés et j'ai eu une paire avec des bouts arrondis, ça dénature le modèle et c'est ma plus grande déception, en deuxième la visse qui est fixé sur l'empiècement en aluminium est différente de celle sur la photo, en plus du fait que le confort n'est pas au rendez-vous, c'est dommage les anciennes paires que j'avais étaient vraiment confortables.

Customer service does not exist in this company. My boots broke 4 months after I bought them and I email them 2wice. Never heard back

Worst customer service of all my life. Boots may be fine, but if you need a size change or have any other problems you can't count on them. They never answer call nor emails.

Purchased boots on 28th July, received on 7th August.
I was charged £53 import charges on top of the €235 I'd already paid for the boots and delivery!!!
And that's just the start.. within a few weeks, I noticed the zip had started splitting open, something which usually does happen with New Rocks, but not until they have been worn daily for 5+ years, these had been worn less than 5 weeks!
I emailed New Rock on the 21st of September and I've had no response.
I've just had to open a dispute with PayPal to try and get some kind of refund - partial will do - so I can have them repaired.
I'm not going to attempt returning them as it would cos an absolute fortune and I've already lost £53 on import fees!!
Oh and don't pay any attention to the pictures of boots on their site, they turn up with missing/different metal attachments than pictures, different rivets etc. They won't look the same!
They have also gone very thin compared to the old New Rocks I was used to.
Quality has gone massively downhill but the prices have doubled.

Return is absolutely impossible. By email, no one responds. We have not received a return slip and that despite advertising the simple return and 2x extra payment.

Shocking ordered 2 pairs of boots only 1 pair delivered.
18 months later still no boots after countless emails and the promise of a refund. They seem to leave it over 120 days so you can't easily claim your money back. Do not use this site directly.

I was worried ordering from here with the other reviews but I couldn't find the pair I wanted anywhere else so I did it. I ordered them on the 6th of August and they arrived on the 11th. Really fast and I'm happy. I'd be cautious with ordering shoes that need to be made but mine were ready to go.

On 12 April I have ordered shoes from new rock website and also paid the the order.
As at today 25th July - 73 days later still I have not received my order. Production term shown on your website is 65 days.
Several e- mails sent, no reply !!!!

Ordered two pair of shoes. Order stuck in "backorder", money has left my account. This was 3 months ago. No reply on any emails, nor when using their webform. I have had new rock shoes before, and the shoes themselves tend to be very good, but it appears customer service is 100% absent from their webshop. Do not order directly from newrock.com. Buy elsewhere if you really want these products. I will upgrade this review to a two star review, if the shoes arrives, and is in good condition.

Cuir de très mauvaise qualité qui m'a déjà coûté une fortune en réparation, service après vente injoignable, je suis extrêmement déçue. Je déconseille fortement, ce n'est plus du tout la qualité que c'était.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered from UK. The shoes were late by 20 days (on top of the 60 days that were the "latest" delivery time. Had to pay customs, as well as Fedex charges (on top on what it was in the invoice). Packaging was really poor and the shoes arrived wet and foul-smelling. No customer support.
