My husband got me a canon g7x mark 111 from this company last year 2 days before we went on holiday and it was posted straight away and with me the next day just in time to capture all our holiday memories.
I have now just purchased my daughter the same camera again and of course I went with next day again as the service was fantastic if I could give 10 stars I would.
Communication was fantastic to as my husband let the guy no when we called that we needed it asap.

Had a reply from NDC about my trust…
Had a reply from NDC about my trust pilot review recently saying they paid xtra to secure my lens from canon etc etc and that everything was all good and in hand but they couldn't be bothered to pass even that info on to me. I've only just taken the foot collar off as replacing it with a better one and low and behold one of the 2 prongs inside is missing. Hence the slight movement which made me look in first place. Um.

'Next Day' Camera suggests you'll get a fast service. It took ages for my lens to arrive, not helped by the fact they used a cheapo courier who didn't deliver on weekends.

We’re sorry that delivery of your OM SYSTEM 14-150mm f/4.0-5.6 II lens took longer than expected.
We would, however, like to clarify that we use DPD, one of the UK’s major delivery networks, and provide this service free of charge to our customers. Weekend delivery availability can vary depending on the recipient’s postcode and local DPD depot, so we do not feel describing DPD as a “cheap courier” is a fair reflection of the service used.

Fantastic service
Really pleased with both the product and the service I received. Before ordering, I had a few questions about the RF camera kit and the team were very helpful and quick to respond. They explained everything clearly and helped me choose the right kit for what I needed.
The camera kit works great, and having the tripod and carry bag included was a nice bonus. Everything arrived well packaged and on time, and setup was straightforward.

Excellent Lens and fast delivery!
I recently upgraded to the Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM lens and have been really impressed with it. I mainly use it for photographing sports and wildlife, and the autofocus is incredibly quick and accurate. The image quality is excellent, with sharp results even when shooting fast-moving subjects.
The lens arrived well packed and was delivered the next day as promised, which was a great bonus. Overall I’m very pleased with both the lens and the service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Thankyou!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience that I felt it was worth sharing.
I ordered some new camera equipment before a family trip and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. I contacted the team and they were incredibly helpful, keeping me updated and making sure everything was sorted.
The order arrived via DPD exactly when promised and gave me plenty of time to get familiar with the equipment before we travelled.
The service was excellent from start to finish and the team were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. The equipment was exactly as described and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Beware before purchasing from this company!…
Be aware before purchasing from this company.
The prices are tempting but the service (at least in my case) has been shocking.
I ordered a camera and a separate lens costing thousands of pounds early Tuesday morning (well before the 4pm cut off for next day delivery). The order confirmation said that NextDay Camera Shop would let me know when they had dispatched my order. All well and good.
The next afternoon, having not recieved a dispatch notice, I called the company - straight to answerphone.
I emailed - and waited for a response....
I called again, leaving a message asking for someone to call me back.....
I got a proforma response email saying not to worry, they had my order and it would be with me soon.
I responded immediately and asked for more clarity and was informed that my order would be dispatched on Friday.
I waited until the end of the day to receive a dispatch confirmation but to no avail.
I emailed again to ask about my order......
I called - straight to answerphone...
I latterly received an email informing me that my order was now 'expected' to be shipped on Monday.
So much for Next Day Camera!
I have subsequently emailed nextdaycamerashop requesting my order be cancelled and a full refund issued.......
I called and left a message on their answer machine asking them to call me to discuss the cancellation and refund.......
Their response? Ignore the cancellation request and partially fulfil the order.
After 1 month of having repeatedly asking for a partial refund, I had to raise a dispute with the credit card company.
If you're are considering buying from this company, or any of the other similarly named companies under this umbrella, I would strongly advise you to pay with a credit card. I did luckily.

We are sorry that your order was affected by delays. However, we do not believe the review reflects the complete sequence of events or the considerable efforts made to resolve the situation.
Your order included a Canon EOS R1 and a separate Canon RF lens. When an unexpected supply issue affected the camera, we dispatched the available lens rather than delaying the entire order. We also explored alternative supply routes and placed a separate order directly with Canon to try to secure the camera as quickly as possible.
Our team remained in contact and provided updates as further information became available. In recognition of the delay, we also offered £150 compensation if you were prepared to allow us additional time to complete the order.
When you decided that the revised timescale was unsuitable, we cancelled the outstanding camera and passed the refund to our Accounts team. A chargeback was subsequently opened with your card provider, meaning the transaction then had to follow the card provider’s formal dispute process. This unfortunately extended the time required to conclude the matter through the normal refund procedure.
We fully accept that the changing delivery timescales were frustrating, and we apologise that we could not complete the order as originally expected. However, the documented correspondence shows that we responded regularly, dispatched the available item, placed a separate order directly with Canon, offered compensation and acted upon the cancellation request.
We explored every reasonable option available and regret that, despite these efforts, we could not achieve a satisfactory outcome on this occasion.

Great experience
Recently upgraded my photography setup and purchased a Canon EOS R5 Mark II with an RF telephoto lens setup from NextDayCamera.
As someone regularly photographing horses outdoors and at events, reliability and autofocus performance are extremely important to me, so I spent quite a while researching before committing to the purchase.
The pricing was significantly better than several other UK retailers I checked and the ordering process was very straightforward. I also contacted the team beforehand with a few questions regarding stock and delivery times and received quick, helpful replies.
The camera equipment arrived the following day via DPD, securely packaged and exactly as described. Everything was complete with UK accessories and documentation and was ready to use immediately.
After using the setup on recent horse shoots I’ve been extremely impressed with the autofocus tracking and image quality, particularly in fast-moving outdoor conditions.
Overall a very smooth buying experience and I would happily purchase camera equipment from them again in the future.

Scam, Selling used products, Ignores any method of contact for a long time, Refuses returns/refunds made within the 14 day time window.
I bought a lens for a camera from this store and commenced the return a day before the 14-day return window has passed, as I've been away and upon arrival and unpacking noticed, that lens marked as 'new' is not new in the slightest, without the original packaging, codes, etc., just thrown into a generic cardboard box. For a full working week they've ignored my mails and attempts to contact/commence the return, only getting back when I notified them will have to escalate the situation externally, with a ridiculous 2 sentence reply 'Your request cannot be fulfilled, as the 14 day time window has passed.' (no joke, they ignore return process until a few weeks later after notices of escalation - blatant scam). When looking through their contact methods, I also discovered they got two nearly identical stores registered under different names, which seems pretty suspicious.
Whenever you can, try to seek another store to purchase from - this one is shady. You may be lucky, or you'll get scammed being sold a used product in temporary packaging and have any return request denied without any reasonable explanation, just like I did.

We take comments like this seriously and have reviewed your order in full. The Canon RF-S 18-150mm lens supplied was genuine UK stock and delivered successfully via DPD within the expected timeframe.
The lens was provided in a Canon kit box. This is standard manufacturer practice where lenses are separated from camera kits and does not affect the product, its condition, or its full manufacturer warranty.
In relation to your return request, our records show the timeline was reviewed carefully in line with our published returns policy. We do not refuse returns without reason, and all cases are assessed based on the information available at the time.
We are a UK-based retailer supplying fully genuine products, with full warranty and documentation, and we support customers directly throughout the order process.
Regarding the reference to multiple websites, we operate a number of branded storefronts under the same group, which is standard practice and all orders are fulfilled through the same UK operation.

I ordered a Nikon Z8 from Next Day…
I ordered a Nikon Z8 from Next Day Cameras and it came in less than 24 hours via DPD where I could track every move. The item was dispatched within the hour and all queries were answered quickly. I was told the camera is a UK version and it came with a UK plug and manual etc so I have no reason to believe it isn't a UK version. The packing was very good and there would be little chance of the item getting damaged. I have had no problem registering it with Nikon. They are called Next Day Camera but all dealings were as Middleton Hill Ltd, payments and replies etc.
With the experience I have had I would recommend them.
