Fantastic customer service
I was initially quite hesitant about buying a lens from this shop after reading some of the reviews on Trustpilot, but I’m really glad I also checked Feefo and decided to go ahead.
We purchased the Canon RF 600mm f/4 lens, and overall the experience was excellent. There were a few minor delivery hiccups before our trip, but nothing major.
The communication from the team was outstanding they kept me informed every step of the way. I have to give a special mention to Phil, who was absolutely fantastic and consistently went the extra mile to help.
What I really appreciated was how honest, upfront, and proactive the team was throughout the process. It made a big difference and gave me a lot of confidence.
I can confidently say this will be our go-to shop in the future. A very happy customer!

I would give no stars if I could! We ordered a camera for our daughter for Christmas, they claim that DPD delivered it to our so called ‘safe place’, which is our porch. We were home when the parcel was supposedly delivered and have NOT received it!!!! For the sake of a tenner, I wish that I had ordered from Amazon! Learn from us, do not use this company. They will not assist in anyway and claim that we are lying!

We’re sorry to hear that this delivery resulted in such a disappointing experience, particularly as the camera was intended as a Christmas present.
The delivery was investigated with DPD and their records showed the parcel as delivered to the designated safe place. Where a parcel is subsequently reported as missing, we are required to follow the courier’s investigation process and delivery evidence.
We regret the frustration this situation caused and would like to reassure customers that reports of missing deliveries are taken seriously and investigated with the courier.

NOT NEXT DAY.
I ordered an Olympus 1.4 teleconverter on 08.12.25 at 11.13am and according to their website it included free next day delivery by DPD. Never arrived.
After several emails to check when i would receive my order i was told it would be delivered on Saturday 13th
and it did arrive, delivered by DPD as stated.
I do not mind waiting for items that are not available for next day delivery but please be honest with customers about delivery times.
I checked their website several times that week and the item was still advertised as free next day delivery.

I ordered on Sunday 30 November…
I ordered on Sunday 30 November thinking that although it was a Sunday my order would be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery - the devil is in the name of the outlet 'Nextdaycamera' - looking at some disturbing reviews which i should have looked at before ordering [more fool me] i asked when I would receive my order only to be told 'end of the week' that response looked like an automated response - I don't know who 'Phil' is but since I responded asking for a cancellation and refund there has been radio silence.

We would, however, like to clarify that this order was placed on a Sunday, outside our normal working and dispatch hours, and our team did respond when contacted regarding the expected delivery.
We appreciate that the wording “NextDayCamera” can create a strong expectation around delivery, but delivery timescales are subject to order processing, stock allocation and courier collection schedules and cannot always mean delivery on the next calendar day.
We regret that the revised timescale was not suitable on this occasion and that this resulted in the cancellation request.

It is hard to press the button on a 2k+ GBP purchase outside the mainstream shopping platforms, however this company is more than 100% trustable.
More importantly they deliver on their promises: best price, and best package. By package I mean that if you want a full-frame camera you are often offered something like Body+LensThatYouDontNeed: at NextDay Camera it was so simple: Nikon Z8 + FTZII(to use all your F mount lenses) and that's it! Perfect.
Unbeatable price.

Ordered and received an R6 mk2 along with a lens and converter. Order was placed late Sunday night and I received it Tuesday lunchtime, cannot believe it was that quick and such a great price. Camera, lens & converter are all amazing! I also had queries before purchasing which were answered by the guys at next day camera, swiftly and on a weekend! I will definitely be coming back for lenses and when I can afford the r5 mk2 :)

Shaky start but corrected swiftly
I ordered the Canon R8 and Lens from Nextdaycamera for my upcoming holiday after reading good reviews about it.
I would have gave 5 stars however I was sent a camera bag I didn’t ordered and contacting early afternoon all day with no answer or reply.
The next day however I received a very kind and sincere apology for the picking error in the warehouse and the camera and lens were dispatched immediately.

Avoid – fraudulent behavior and zero communication
I ordered a Nikon camera from Nextdaycamera.co.uk, which was never delivered. The package was returned to the seller, but they completely ignored all my refund requests.
When I opened a case with PayPal, the seller provided a false tracking number to make it appear that my order had been delivered. That tracking number referred to a second delivery containing a cheap camera case, which I received from them but had never ordered.
The seller refuses to respond to any of my emails. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller entirely and purchasing from a reputable store instead.

We strongly reject the suggestion that NextDayCamera engaged in fraudulent behaviour or deliberately provided false tracking information.
Where an order encounters a delivery or return issue, tracking information is supplied from the courier records associated with the shipment. If a payment dispute is subsequently opened through PayPal, we are required to provide the relevant order and delivery information available to us as part of their investigation.
We appreciate that this order clearly resulted in a frustrating experience for the customer and regret that it was not successfully completed. However, we do not believe the allegation of deliberate fraudulent behaviour fairly represents the circumstances or the actions of our business.

Fantastic experience
Price I paid was £600 cheaper than anywhere else I could find (with a UK location). Lens arrived within 24 hours, which I had not totally expected. After online purchase, there were quick updates and tracking information provided via email to receipt of the item. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, if you check out any negative reviews, they do respond so it's worthy to take note they follow up on feedback. After digging around on the reviews - like most people do I guess - I could only see issues with "slightly" delayed delivery, checked out the company who are UK based. Thank you Next Day Camera Staff - you're great!

SCAM BUSINESS
Ordered my camera for next day on tuesday last week before 4pm. As stated on their website for next day but still havent got it and almost been a week. Was told it will come on saturday and still not got it. Fake business, full of lies, scam, poor customer service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Our promise is next day delivery on orders placed before 4pm, and this is achieved in the vast majority of cases. Unfortunately, in your case there was a delay which should have been communicated more clearly. When a delivery does not arrive on time, we always offer customers a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We apologise that your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe and regret the frustration this caused. We have since strengthened our processes to ensure customers are updated promptly whenever courier or stock delays occur.
I ordered a Canon G7X Mark II
I ordered a Canon G7X Mark II. Their website promises next-day UK delivery, but this is completely misleading.
From the very first day, I told them clearly: if the order cannot arrive before August 11, cancel it. I repeated this multiple times by email. They ignored my instructions, ignored my emails, and shipped the order anyway.
The parcel ended up being delivered after my deadline and not even to me – it was handed to the flat owner, because I had already left. When I asked for a refund, they continued to ignore me and only replied to say “when it was delivered,” completely dodging my request.
This company:
• Lies about next-day delivery.
• Ignores customer emails.
• Ships orders even when you clearly ask them to cancel.
• Refuses to process refunds.
Now I have to go through my bank to get my money back, because they don’t respect their own policies or their customers.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest, unreliable, and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Delivery Commitment: Our website clearly states next day delivery on orders placed before 4pm. In the vast majority of cases this is met. In this instance, we regret that delivery was not within the timeframe you required.
Cancellation Requests: We do accept cancellation requests if received before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be intercepted. We apologise if our communication did not make this clear at the time.
Refunds: Where an order is delivered later than required or is unwanted, we always offer a full refund upon return of the goods. That option was available here and remains standard practice under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We regret that our communication left you dissatisfied. Next Day Camera is a genuine UK retailer — we do not “lie” or “scam” our customers. We will continue to improve our processes so that if a delivery cannot meet a customer’s deadline, cancellation or refund is handled more swiftly.
