Excelent, polite, accurate updates, helpfull

No instructions given for the drawers (I still haven't received them despite informed they would be e-mailed to me)

Very good quality item at a very reasonable price. I had shopped around locally and found everything I wanted was very expensive. I purchased from Next Divan and the price was much lower than I could find anywhere else, very pleased with my purchase.

Early delivery and great delivery experience

Awful. Ordered a bed 16/12/25. It arrived 20/12/25 missing screws. I contacted them the same day stating this and followed up on 29/12/25 to accommodate for Christmas period. I received a response that day.

I was told on 30/12/25 that they would post the missing screws out that same day. It’s now the 14/01/26 and I had still not received screws or heard from the company. I reached out again via email, to which they replied “we will send them again”, to which I replied this is completely unacceptable. They told me they’re lost in the post and will send them out as soon as possible.

It’s just not good enough that it’s been over a month since I placed my order and I’m still chasing for screws that should have arrived with my original order. There was never even an apology in the first place for the fact that there was no screws in the package.

I appreciate that the customer service has generally been reasonably “polite” but it’s just not good enough.

I came across Next Divan as I was after a particularly kind of bed for our little girl, she has a small bedroom so could only fit a small single in and we wanted it to have a ottoman for storage, well Next Divan was able to deliver this for us we had a Pink velvet small single bed with a side ottoman which was amazing id notseen one with a side opening.

The bed got delivered within one week and delivered was great got a call befor and was delivered on time,
The bed base came made so no need to faff around building it and just had to fix the headboard and the ottoman arms super quick and easy.

Overall 10/10 for us.

I found this company great to deal with. Ordering was simple with various payment options. I was kept informed every step of the way and delivery was organised well and went smoothly. I’ve now ordered 4 beds from here and they are good value for money! Will use again!

I am genuinely horrified by the delivery timeframe and complete lack of communication from this company.

After placing an order for a bed, I was never given a confirmed delivery date. Despite chasing repeatedly and speaking to the complaints team multiple times, nothing was resolved. I was eventually told the issue was due to a system failure, yet no one took responsibility or provided a solution.

On the day the bed should have been delivered, it did not arrive at all. No warning. No update. No explanation. As a result, my household was left with nowhere to sleep, forcing us to book a hotel at a cost of £180 just to have a bed for the night.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. A bed is not a luxury item — it is a basic necessity — and the company showed no urgency, accountability, or care for the impact of their failure.

The delivery timeframe advertised is misleading, customer service is ineffective, and the stress caused by this situation has been enormous. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if you need the item by a specific date.

Bought this for my 3 year old grandson. The base is low so it’s easy for him to climb on to. It was an easy ordering process and delivered on time. He loves it so happy with the purchase.
