My Nurse practitioner addressed all my concerns and answered all of my questions. She said she would put in a support ticket and someone will reach out to me to address my issues further.

Slow response in every area
First of all, they took my money and told me they had no idea when a dr would be calling to approve my rx. After the call from the dr., my order was shipped about 4 days later. When I received my order, my starting dose said 12.5. I thought a starting dose was 2.5, so I called the customer care # and was told I needed to email pic of the rx I received. I have sent pics 3 time and have been waiting 5 days for someone to answer my question about the correct doseage. I'm looking for other providers for my glp-1. Everything seems to take a long time, if they respond at all. I'm very concerned with getting future orders in a timely manner.

‼️‼️100% DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️I put in for my refill on Sunday August 23, 2026. I have not received any more information since then. I took my last shot on August 25th & I still have not received my shots. I paid for 3 months' worth of shots. I have sent messages and called two or three times with the same excuse saying it has been sent to the pharmacy & yet there have been no updates to my portal nor have I received any updates via text message! It has been 3 weeks & I still have no meds nor updates! This is completely unacceptable. I will finish paying what I have to only because I don't want it being reported to my credit report and after that I am done & moving to another company! I SHOULD HAVE RAN WHEN I DID THE "CONSULT" which was a gentleman that sounded like he was driving & in a rush. He didn't explain anything just basically confirming what I already had given to them. The phone conversation lasted only a minute and that's being generous. ‼️AND I REACHED OUT THROUGH EMAIL YESTERDAY WHICH IS 9/16/2026 & YOU GUESSED IT NO RESPONSE‼️Just an automatic reply saying that they received your email! If you're deciding to start your weight loss journey please do your research thoroughly so that you avoid going through things like this! ‼️100% DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️
$0 Due Today? I Was Charged $79 Before I Even Had an Appointment-it is a subscription and they do automatically take out of your account.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering Nextmeds read the recent reviews carefully and understand exactly when the company says it can charge you before providing your banking information.
When I enrolled, the checkout information I was shown stated “Due Today: $0,” “Total if prescribed: $79,” and that I would only be charged if my prescription and dose were approved by their medical providers.
Despite those representations, a $79 debit was initiated from my checking account before I had even had a medical appointment. I had not been evaluated by a provider, did not have an approved prescription or dose, had no medication order, and had received no medication.
The following day, Nextmeds actually texted me telling me that I still needed to book my FIRST appointment. When I followed the scheduling link, there were no appointments available until September 29.
I contacted Nextmeds immediately after discovering the transaction and disputed the charge. In subsequent written correspondence, I was told that the subscription begins when enrollment/payment is submitted and that payments are generally non-refundable. In my opinion, that did not match the payment conditions that had been prominently presented to me during enrollment.
I disputed the $79 debit with my bank. My bank reviewed the Nextmeds website and the representations concerning when payment would occur, approved my dispute, and the matter was resolved in my favor.
I have also preserved my screenshots, emails, text messages, payment records, scheduling information and other documentation, and I am submitting my experience and supporting documentation to the Federal Trade Commission so the appropriate agency can determine whether these practices warrant further review. I am not claiming that the FTC has opened an investigation.
One other thing I encourage prospective customers to notice when reading reviews: Trustpilot distinguishes between reviews submitted after a business invitation and reviews submitted without one. An “Invited” label does not mean a review is fake, and an unprompted review is not automatically more accurate. However, I personally found it useful to read the recent lower-rated and unprompted reviews in addition to the invited positive reviews and compare the experiences being described.
If you have experienced a billing problem yourself, document what actually happened to you. Save your screenshots, emails, texts and transaction records. You can contact your financial institution to ask what dispute options are available for your particular transaction, and you can report your own experience to the appropriate consumer-protection agencies.
My review is based entirely on my own experience and records. I cannot speak for every Nextmeds customer. I can say that after what happened to me, I would not use this service again.
I am writing this on 9-16-26
I am writing this on 9-16-26. I ordered on 9-2-26 they approved on 9-8-26 after everything was sent to the pharmacy it has been nothing but delay after delay after delay. For I know the past 5 days. They say it’ll be shipped out but I just get delayed again messages. Then tell me they can’t cancel the order or refund my money so I would definitely not use this company for anything.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Never interacted with a provider. The Tirzepitide was very late getting here - by weeks. I called &emailed the company; they said they had to find a pharmacy; I looked into the pharmacy, Rush, and they did not have an active license as of 9/5/26. When I finally got the vial it was not cold-packed properly & measured 92 degrees Fahrenheit upon arrival. Next meds refused to help me so contacted the pharmacy. They sent another one. It wasn’t packed right either. It was 72° upon arrival. Tirzepitide cannot get over 46° or it goes bad. Contacted the company again — they would not help me. In two weeks I gained 13 pounds. I don’t think there’s probably any actve ingredient in what they sent me at all bc Next Meds has lost all credibility. I reported them to the FTC; now I’m trying to get my money back through my bank.
Excellent communication throughout…
Excellent communication throughout process. Medication received timely manner.
Extremely disorganized and nonexistent…
Extremely disorganized and nonexistent customer support
I would strongly caution anyone considering NextMeds based on my experience.
I placed an order and was told medication typically arrives within 2–3 business days. My order took significantly longer to process, and during that time I contacted customer support because I needed to change the delivery address. I received no response until AFTER the medication had already shipped. At that point they told me it was unfortunately “too late” to change the address.
The medication was delivered to the original address, could not be properly received/stored, and ultimately had to be thrown away.
Then, nearly two weeks later, I suddenly received another email saying my provider had approved my treatment and my prescription was back at the pharmacy “for processing.” Considering everything that had already happened, I was extremely concerned that another shipment and/or charge was being processed.
I emailed them specifically requesting that they not process or charge me for any additional order, that my subscription be canceled, and that the unusable order be refunded.
Their response? They scheduled my subscription to be canceled two months from now, on November 15, because they apparently want my “current paid cycle” to continue, and refused the refund.
The communication throughout this entire process has been shockingly poor. It has taken repeated attempts to get responses, responses have come only after it was too late to actually fix the problem, and even when I explicitly asked them not to process anything further, their solution was to continue my subscription for another two months.
This is a company handling prescription injectable medication, which makes this level of disorganization especially concerning to me. After this experience, I have no confidence in their customer service or order-management process and would not feel comfortable continuing to receive medication through them.
I wish I had read the reviews before signing up.
Will not be a repeat customer
I was automatically charged on day one that was a month ago, my initial video visit was scheduled a month out, still waiting on that to happen and still no update on when the meds will be approved/requested and sent out. And I have been without the meds for a month. Randomly/if at all responds to messages. Over all experience has been very very disappointing.
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I never received any calls from a provider. Yet I was charged for the GLP1 plus other stuff I didn’t order. I have been scammed badly.
From the time you order your medicine
From the time you order your medicine, the time you receive it it’s over a week. It takes too long.
It’s a scam
False advertising, entirely unhelpful customer service. They were fast to charge me. I still have not received my medication. It’s been two weeks and they keep telling me it was “delivered” even though I have screenshots to prove it was not delivered to *me.* the amount of life I’ve wasted on their customer service has been a part time job. So unethical and inhumane.
I received great service.
Patient Support was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. My phone call with the Clinician referencing my dosage was efficient.

The provider gets a 5 star
The provider gets a 5 star. Patient portal 4. Portal is hard to navigate. I can’t find any of the forms needed. (Refill request, provider notes, etc)
As I have repeatedly read now on many…
As I have repeatedly read now on many reviews, NextMeds is fraudulently providing GlP treatment to customers. Prescribed wrong dosage even after I informed from the beginning of their error. They will not refund. Good luck with everything them returning a call or calling you back after they explicitly said someone would call back. Very disappointing and frustrating experience and never again will work with a telehealth company like this one. To even say they have your health in mind is a joke. They just want your $$. Shame on you NextMeds
It was good. I noticed she didn't want to take too much of my time. Next I will be prepared to have my questions ready before the app
She didn't want to waste my time and I like it.
