Great service: mind the packaging
Delivery very prompt as is usually the case with DHL.
They are a very good courier.
The wine supplied is great as is the price which was very fair
The downside is your use of plastic packaging which I do find unnecessary and outdated

Stourbridge's best kept secret
Excellent friendly service. knowledgeable advice, and great value. A fabulous range of drinks which would be difficult to find elsewhere, excellently presented from a bygone age. Stores like this just don't exist anymore.

Great product at great prices with the added bonus of having it delivered to Grain & Glass. Delivered exactly when they said, so none of this waiting around for couriers malarkey.
Simply cannot fault the service at all.
