Didn’t like your use of DHL Express for delivery, and I believe I’ve mentioned it before on a review.
When dispatched, DHL Express said it would be delivered by COP Tuesday 3rd June. It was actually delivered on Monday 2nd June at lunchtime. Was very lucky to be in, as I left about an hour later.
You need a more reliable partner, like DPD who provide real-time tracking.

Very good customer service communication. Good prices. Quick delivery time. I recommend

The online order was straightforward. Communication on delivery was clear and i was able to change the delivery location at i was not home. The product was very well packed and arrived in one piece.

Easy website to navigate in response to an emailed offer of Leoville-Poyferre 1996, and an excellent price.

Excellent service . Fine wine at good price

Loch Lomond Golf course is the best I've played. The Hotel and service is probably an even better experience than playing golf there. It's just amazing. From arrival to departure. You are treated like a King.

Fast service very good packaging would definitely use again

Professional - quick delivery in good condition

Lots of choice, good pricing and excellent service.

Ich möchte mich recht herzlich aus Deutschland für den perfekten Service hier bedanken. Alles hat wirklich super schnell, zuverlässig und professionell funktioniert. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Marko

Excellent service as usual. Easily favourite liquor store.

Flexibility, quick delivery.
On-line product range could be improved.

Excellent fast service

Goods arrived on time and will buy from them again.

Very easy to order from the website, all the costs were there to see, and delivery was prompt and on time.

Fantastic response from Callum as on my purchase I incorrectly stated that I would collect my purchase from the store when I contacted Nickolls and Perks to explain that I wanted my purchase delivered Callum sorted it all out for me without incurring any extra charges, fantastic customer support!.
