I had some QED Genesis silver spiral loudspeaker cables made up by Ed at Nintronics, a time consuming and awkward cable to terminate properly, He did a flawless job, quick turn around and a very good price too.... I'm not a first time customer of theirs and they continue to impress.

A first-class company. I ordered an Arcam Solo late Monday night and it arrived early Wednesday morning. Delivery was free, yet the price was very competitive. The company uses DPDLocal to deliver so you get a one hour delivery slot which is very helpful. I will definitely use Nintronics again.

Extraordinary service from Nintronics today. Luke came to my house and Dirac'd my amp - my sound system has never sounded so beautiful. It sounds perfect. I can't recommend this company and Luke enough.

In the summer I upgraded by part exchanging a pair of B&W 805 signatures for a previously PXd pair of 805 diamonds that were in the shop.
Got the diamonds home and found one of the tweeters with a crack.
These guys got me a new replacement and even delivered it to my house.

Fabulous Nintronics
I recently purchased an Arcam AVR850 and some B-Grade B&W 804 D3 speakers from Nintronics.
The service I received was nothing short of excellent. The customer service from Luke was superb; Luke is very particular and seems to enjoy perfection - hence my setup at home is fantastic! I am truly delighted.
I would like to thank Adam, Luke and the team who made my experience a memorable one. I will return; why buy anywhere else?

I have dealt with Nintronics on and off for the last couple of years - the products that I have had from them have always been as advertised/expected when purchased but as a victim of their own success, communication is failing them slightly - I have lost count of the number of call back chasers that I have had to send in the last 2 months for some light touch technical assistance.
Finally, having said that I would collect my most recent purchase provided I could be contacted when it arrived in stock - I am now chasing it around DPD delivery depots in the UK...not ideal

Ordered online a pair of Sennheiser Momentum 1.0 that are out of production anymore. They promised to contact Sennheiser and make an order for me, however it didn't work as the German company permanently stopped producing these headphones. Refund has been issued immediately, email confirmation sent, no problems at all. Customer service very is good. there's this guy that always answers the phone and does everything to help you. It was my first experience with Nintronics and I would genuinely recommend them.

Nintronics is by far the best coffee shop I could find between Clapham and Cambridge! And the good coffee is even free if you listen to some hi fi. I recently bought B and W 804 speakers from them after auditioning a wide range of others. The quality of customer service from Andy and all the rest of the staff is excellent, there is 0% pressure and 100% genuine helpfulness. From the outside it doesn't look much like a hi fi shop or a coffee shop, but inside it is outstanding.

Andy Clark at Nintronics in Welwyn Garden City was extremely helpful in upgrading my Musical Fidelity M6 integrated amplifier to the new model which sounds great and importantly has a phono stage built in. Couldn't have afforded this without Nintronics excellent price and competitive trade in deal. Can thoroughly recommend Nintronics as a knowledgeable and genuinely helpful dealer. Oh, and I recommend visiting their premises - a virtual Aladdin's Cave of high end hifi equipment.

I received excellent straight forward advice and support to establish the issue with my old system and purchase a replacement system at an extremely competitive price.
In addition, I was able to secure invaluable help to set up the new system and ensure that I was able to use the full range of functions.

I demo'd and purchased a Naim 252 pre amp, Supercap and 250 power amp from Nintronics on 17th March 2017. Andy was with me throughout the demo mostly sitting quietly to the side of the demo room but it was very helpful to have him on hand to ask questions and to adjust the set up so that I could make a direct comparison with my existing equipment which I had taken with me. I have met Adam, Roger and Andy during my two visits to Nintronics and they are all very knowledgeable and in my experience give balanced advice about HiFi. Their current premises are fairly congested and busy with a lot of equipment passing through but they did a good job setting the room up for the demo plus I understand that they have plans to set up dedicated demo premises in the future.

Purchased a 4K home cinema receiver to go with my new 4K TV only to find it did not work with the new 4K standard. I contacted them to point this out and at first they appeared disinterested, blaming the manufacturer who's advertising they had merely copied. After quite a few emails back and forth they agreed to exchange, stating a more suitable receiver could be 'switched out' for me, and I would pay the difference. I agreed to this, heard nothing, sent another email, heard nothing, and then another. It was only after my third email they then replied stating I would have to return mine at my own cost, pay a further £200, and then they would send me a replacement. Not impressed with the misrepresentation of the product which I do think was clear enough, further compounded by their lack of replies and then poor offer.

Absolutely recommend the service and very happy about knowledge and advise given. They are really really patient either over the phone or in the store. They also have very large stocks of different sorts of hifi on site. You'll be tried to taste the different but they won't be tired to serve you.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam and Andy. They went out of their way to be helpful. I can't recommend their polite, personal and highly efficient service, strongly enough. Thank you so much.

Bought a whole new system from Nintronics a few years ago. The guys that came to setup the system were very professional and helpful in explaining the workings of it all. Since the initial setup I have moved the system to a new room and contacted the Nintronics for help/suggestions on how to get the most out of the system in it's new home. The service they provide is excellent - they are always very responsive and have helped me a great deal - which is great as I am an audio newbie. Thanks again Nintronics.
