Nio Teas Avaliações

Excellent quality every time, and I appreciate the affordable prices. This is my favorite online tea store! I appreciate that they have a few fukamushi options because that is my favorite type of tea and many places only have one kind, if any at all.

I am very pleased with the products I received. I have become a huge fan. I received the high quality tea that was represented. I will be ordering more!

You write the higher price to there is taxes i need to pay. More than i should

I've only had one of the teas so far that I ordered but would say that it is a high quality tea, hence 5 stars

You are great company !
You wok very quickly and efficiently !
It's a pleasure to do business with you

Great company to deal with, i have been using them for a long time, very satisfied.

Great tea! I enjoy it daily!

Has good matcha options and utensils to prepare matcha. Products arrive fast.

The product and the price is fantastic. In my case, a red clay kyūsu. The only negative aspect was that the delivery time was longer than the inicial estimation.

I have been buying Japanese tea from this company for a long time now. The tea is high quality and very fresh. The very few times that a delivery has been delayed, I have received an email explaining the delay and asking if I wanted to make any substitutions.

Quality online shopping experience!

The quality of the Nio Tea selections are consistently the best teas I ever bought. The stories videos and knowledge about the teas and farmers bring my experience to life. The last packet of green tea I opened was very fragrant with honey and fresh mowed grass, totally addicting. What a treat these teas are.

Excellent: great value for money, very pleasant and soft, highly recommended

I have placed two orders with this shop so far. While the first one had a slight delay due to an inventory error, I was thoroughly impressed by how they handled it. After I followed up, their communication was quick and honest. As an apology, they offered me a higher-quality tea for the original price.
There was a small mix-up where I received the replacement item twice, but when I reached out to return the extra, they told me to keep it and share it with other tea lovers.
My second order arrived without any issues at all. It’s clear they’ve refined their system and truly care about their customers. I’ll be ordering again.

Great quality teas. This is the only site I order green tea from and I love it

Nio teas has been my favourite place to purchase good quality teas for a while now, and still they never disappoint me. Their teas are excellent quality, however, I’d like to give more attention to customer service - Nio team has been very kind and helpful each time I had any sort of problem. Their customer service never disappoints, they are very attentive and quick in responding to any queries, hence why I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now.

Great product, very fast delivery

I’m really happy with my experience with Nio Teas! 🍵

I’ve already tried one of their matcha teas and was genuinely impressed – very high quality, smooth, and really enjoyable to drink.

What stood out the most to me, though, was the customer service. Agnese was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to give thoughtful recommendations. You can tell she really knows what she’s talking about. She recommended another matcha for me, which is currently on its way, and based on my experience so far, I fully trust her judgment.

It’s rare to come across such personal and attentive service. I’m really looking forward to my next delivery!

Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
