I am writing a review today because I received an outstanding service on my last order. They really replied fast and I was really sastified with their quality of service and by their friendly approach.

I couldn't be happier with my experience!
Their variety of ceremonial grade matcha and the quality shines through in every sip! Plus everything is organic! Their customer service is exceptional too, always willing to help you.
If you you are a matcha lover you must give them a try!

I have tried many online stores. I am very particular about tea and specially when it comes to Japanese tea. I want the highest quality organic tea possible. After trying many other stores I stopped at Nio and never left ever since. Amazing quality and customer service. Thank you very much!

This company sells amazing green tea at great price, and their customer service is second to none. If you’re new to Japanese tea they also have a lot of really good free information on YouTube.

They’ve made me a life long customer!

Superlative! Nio Teas is the best source of top quality Japanese green teas, direct from the tea farmers themselves. Seasonal, fresh, and excellent! Prices are quite reasonable, shipping is quick, and their customer service is personable, professional, and promotly responsive. I cannot more highly recommend Nio Teas as your source for Japanese teas.

Great products and even better customer service!

Great website and sales. I’ve made a few orders with them and am impressed with the quality of the tea and the speediness of the shipping. I’m writing this review because my last order with them, they had ran out of the tea I ordered. They let me know I could pick a tea to make up for what was out of stock. Very quick response and very professional. Agnese was the rep that helped me, they have a crack squad over there. Will be ordering again soon.

I'm a big fan of Japanese teas and Nio Teas never disappointed me! They have a high quality selection of sencha, matcha, gyokuro I would recommand to anybody who wants to enjoy or discover great Japanese teas. I especially loved the Kamairicha I tried last time I ordered. Honestly, this brand is really worth it!

Discovering matcha for the first time has been an absolute delight, and I'm thrilled that my introduction was through Nio Teas. Their YouTube channel has served as an incredible guide throughout my tea journey, offering valuable insights and knowledge. I couldn't be happier with my choice, and I look forward to exploring more with Nio Teas by my side.

So glad I found NioTeas! The quality of their teas is unmatched by anything I’ve found thus far, so if you enjoy green tea you owe it to yourself to place an order.

I am a big fan of the material they produce on the internet. Every time I want to gain knowledge about tea, I turn to their YouTube channel or Instagram. Over the years, I've experimented with various matcha brands, but I must say, none compares to their washimine matcha. I highly endorse it.
