Product was listed as having next…
Product was listed as having next business day dispatch so the order was placed. Called 3 days later and was told it was in the warehouse in Cork ready to go the next day. Called another week later and was told the same again. Called again the following week and was told it was due in from the UK in a couple of days and would be dispatched then. In total it took 19 days to come when it was advertised to be there in 2 days

I am happy with the products
I am happy with the products, however I cannot understand why 3 different items were sent in 3 big boxes, at the same time, from the same warehouse while they all fit in one box. The 3rd item was a plaster pack of 9x12cm shipped separately in a 32x38cm box. It's a joke!! My green bin(which I have to pay for) is half full because of your wasteful packaging. It puts me off from ordering again from nisbets.

"There is no such thing as next-day delivery... check your orders carefully and make sure they will arrive on time. I ordered 20 chairs and it said they would arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Weeks passed, I called, and the girl said they would arrive in another week. When that week passed, I called again and they said they were out of stock until the end of November, and I ordered them in August! It is a disgrace that nobody even bothered to notify me. I asked for my money back and I am still waiting for it to arrive, because apparently, that takes another week too."
