I had products saved in my basket
I had products saved in my basket, got an email with a code that I could use 10% discount, the code didn’t work. Contacted customer service and was told that on some items I.e Nisbets essentials I could not use the discount. Why would I get a discount in the first place on items that were not discountable?

The delivery was super fast but they delivered the wrong item! However, I contacted the customer service team and they responded really quickly and sent me the correct item straight away. They were very good to deal with and apologised for the mistake, so I'm happy overall with their service despite the mix-up.

Next day delivery false advertising
Claims to be next day delivery, it was 3 working days slow, the material isn't very breathable at all, 20 euro chef jackets on amazon like the portwest ones with the yellow collar are much better quality
