I had a mixed experience with customer service, but ultimately a very positive outcome. While I was not able to get help through the chat option—the representative stopped responding—I had a completely different experience via email.
Lou was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly seemed to care about resolving my issue. He walked me through everything step by step until my frame was working again.
I currently own two Nixplay frames and have also purchased several as gifts, and this level of support reassured me that I made the right choice. Thank you, Lou, for going above and beyond!

Excellent support from Nixplay! I had to deal with editing older pictures on my older Nixplay. “Joe” was persistent in the pursuit of a successful resolution. I’m sure some of it was user error he had to deal with but he did it!!! Have no fears in purchasing a Nixplay. You will have years of enjoying pictorial memories!!!

The customer service was excellent A++++. Par handled my issue and was prompt in his communications and very detailed in explaining the process to get me back up and running. I highly recommend this company and their customer service.
My Nixplay just stopped working
My Nixplay just stopped working. It was showing a white screen, and it was working fine the day before. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, but nothing changed. It just kept acting as if it was reloading over and over, returning to the white screen. I emailed Nixplay for assistance. Customer service rep Par was very helpful and gave me step-by-step instructions to reboot and reconfigure my Nixplay. Up and running again!! Thank you, Par!!
