Hab mir einen Zerkleinerer zugelegt. Leider kann ich ihn nach einem Jahr nicht mehr benutzen da am Messer der Kunststoff verschlissen ist. Die Lösung ein Messer nachbestellen kostet mich mehr als das Gerät. Nicht normal

I have a guest house and noticed that my Russell Hobbs toasters and irons only last a few months, even though they were not used daily. I am therefore done with them

Die Pfanne auf Induktionskochfeld bei max. Einstellungen beginnt seitlich von allein zu verschieben. Dazu die Pfanne ist zu schwach für Induktion, was Wärmeübertragung angeht.

I had a coffee machine that broke down they said it was out of warranty when i proved that it was not , they then said i needed till receipt from over 2 years ago. Despite thar i registered the product as soon as i brought it Would not use them again they con people very bad practice and i shall spread the word, looking at these reviews i am not alone

I thought Russell Hobbs was a reliable British brand. I was so wrong and from what I can see in these trustpilot reviews their product quality testing is not worth the paper it's written on.

I bought a mini freezer online from a third party (B&Q). I only did this because the online manual claimed the supplier and brand was Russell Hobbs. It is not Russell Hobbs at all. When I researched this I found that the freezer is made by a Chinese company called Product Care (who licence the brand name Russell Hobbs). The brand I bought (Abode) - which claimed to be Russell Hobbs - is a Product Care brand. The freezer looks cheap and makes a loud and disruptive clunk every 15 minutes.

I don't know if this is a correct use of the Russell Hobbs licenced brand name (I suspect not) but they don't seem to care about clearing this up and about brand reputation. I tried contacting them through Resolver and didn't get anywhere. I will avoid Russell Hobbs in future.

Purchased a kettle 1/3/25 today 1 year and 2 weeks after purchase kettle stopped working. I contacted Russell Hobbs as I had taken out extra 12 months guarantee but they wanted pictures of old fuse and new fuse. I supplied that then they wanted me to do a video of kettle not working pictures of inside of kettle to supply them with how often I descaled kettle and with what product. When I refused they told me that I could return the kettle at my expense for them to examine which would take 4 weeks. Needless to say I refused and have vowed I will never purchase another item from them. Not not buy any of their products as only last 12 months just past normal guarantee and a load of fuss to return item

Recently purchased a 4 slice toaster model number 26070
Really dissapointed with the performance so returned to store for a refund.
So underpowered that despite being on highest setting and the bread slice being thick. Still hardly browned and so slow .

Just bought russell hobbs 26060 from Argos. Bread (large white sliced) will not fit! Upright top portion sticks above so not toasted, sideways will not fit in. What's the point! Bad design, Argos will not take it back. Wonder what Jonathon Warburton would make of it? Shame on you Russell Hobbs, not buying anymore of their products.

Russell Hobb kettle. This kettle over boils the water so much so that each time I used it, I stood over and waiting to switch it off as boiling water spits out the spout. I decided after 3 months I had enough and reported to customer service. Providing information was fine up to when they wanted a video of it working. I find this about joke, If I had bought it from the shop I am sure they wouldn’t ask for a video of proof ! Poor service and would never buy a Russell hobb product in future.

I have only had my Russel Hobbs kettle 6 months. It has stopped working, I replaced the fuse and it still won't work. It was not cheap. Total waste of money. Do not buy from this brand.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner Fritteuse, mir wurde schnell geholfen. Bekomme ein neues Gerät.
Ich mag die Geräte von der Firma, hatte sonst noch nie eine Beanstandung.
Ich bedanke mich sehr für die schnelle Lösung.

Gebrauchtes Gerät erhalten, Bearbeitungszeit fast 1 Woche !

Ils ont fait preuve d'une très bonne volonté pour trouver une solution rapide et efficace. J’ai pu tester leur nouvelle Friteuse à air SatisFry™ à panier double 9 Litres et le constat est sans appel : elle est parfaite sur tous les points. Que ce soit la qualité de fabrication ou la cuisson des frites et de la viande, le résultat est impeccable. Je recommande cette marque à 100 % pour son sérieux et son suivi client exemplaire. 5 étoiles bien méritées !

Firstly no stars, so I have to choose 1 star to get this review out there.
I bought a £40, 20460 Russell Hobbs kettle around two years ago.
The spring in the lid broke and as a result the lid wasn't opening.
I contacted RH and they asked me to supply photos of the fault which I did.
Get this, no spares available for this model.
The internet highlights many problems with the spring breaking on this model, so they know it's an issue.
Their customer service department takes on average 5 days to reply with patronising statements like- out of guarantee so we'll offer you 20% off a new Russell Hobbs kettle.
I refused this offer and requested a full refund as electricals in this category are required by English law to be of merchantable quality ( Consumer rights act 2015).
After 5 emails to and fro, their final offer was 30% take it or leave it. So basically it's we've had your money, now do one in other words.
This once owned British brand has unfortunately been trashed by corporate greed and wastefulness.
So to sum up.
I'll never buy or recommend a Russell Hobbs product to anyone.

heel goed bedrijf en goede service, ons koffiezetapparaat ging kapot buiten de normale garantie maar binnen de extra jaar van garantie van Russell Hobbs.
Zonder probleem een nieuwe gekregen en geweldig geholpen.

NOT WORKING - Russell Hobbs 20460 Buckingham Quiet Boil Kettle. Also it leaks the water. I don’t recommend purchasing any items from this brand
