This was my first time buying a home. They made the process very fast. They were great in making sure all required documents were correct and timely submitted. The only thing that disappointment me a little, was my loan officer. Vincent did not lock in my rate fast enough. This caused my interest rate to be higher. I had to put more money to get a rate lower; which was the original rate I would have gotten if the rate was locked in to begin with. They know the rates changes everyday it can either go up or down but when the request was made and draft documents were signed with the original rate, it should of been locked in at the moment not days later. Other then that, the rest of the team was very responsive and on top of things especially when it came to closing. The times I would call and if Vincent did not answer the phone call because of a meeting or something he would text you. I would recommend them because they are friendly, fast, and easy to work with.
