From start to finish an easy process. Communication was great and the delivery swift and smooth. Ordered on Sunday arrived on Tuesday! The kit itself was a gift and the recipient was thrilled with it.
Would definitely buy from Noah again

Lovely sets. Wasn’t sure if I enjoy them as I’m not into crafting normally but the Jesmonite kit is so easy to use and the creations are stunning even without any creative talent 😅

I bought my Head Chef kitchen set in October 2022 so I feel like I've allowed enough time to fully review the product. Delivery was great, so speedy and the customer support when issues arose initially around the product was great so this review is not based on their great work - just the products themselves. First off, I noticed the utensils in the kit weren't great, the masher bent the first time of using, the veg peeler didn't peel and the chopping board chipped, meaning splinters came through. After contacting the support they kindly refunded me a portion of the cost of the kit so I could replace the items which was appreciated but annoying as it meant a trip to a few different shops to get what I wanted. Around 6 months of using the pans, all of them started to lose their non-stick (even though only have been hand washed) and finally today, after trying to cook an omelette, one of the pans non-stick has completely gone and resulted in a very sad looking eggy, spinach mess in the pan & plate! Overall, I wouldn't recommend the products provided in the 'premium' kit but as mentioned, the support was great initially, as it's been over 1 year I don't think I'm able to get a further reimbursement for the new pans I'm going to have to buy.

The pictures shown are very misleading as there are no terrazzo chips included in the kit so the results are very bland and, unlike the video, can't be "revealed" through sanding. It was a huge disappointment, especially for the price of the kit.

The customer service at Noah’s box has been truly excellent. After my daughter had had some issues with her kit meaning that some of the ingredients were wasted we contacted customer services and they have been so supportive in sending out a replacement kit and checking to ensure we are satisfied with the product. The quality of the kit itself is excellent. So much better than a standard kit so that you really can do some impressive projects

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister and she loved it. She already bought extra liquid and powder to make some more coasters. reckon moving forward everyone will receive coasters as their Christmas gifts from her 👀😂

Late delivery due to bad partners but great customer service to get it sorted and the delivery arrived just in time.

Yet to use the set but everything is in order and we're excited to give it a go.

Very unhappy with the product. Not as expected at all.

We thought we could make at least 5 items, but after the first 2 were disastrous, due to unclear instructions, we gave up.

It looked like something my 3 year old daughter would make. Highly overpriced for what you get

Just received my first order and am extremely disappointed. I purchased extra UK Terracotta clay which was supposed to be in 1kg but received only 750g.
It is extremely misleading when ordering the Pottery kit about whether paints are included.
The instruction leaflets are very basic and not as expected.
Having researched the cost of purchasing the individual items elsewhere on the internet it is my opinion that the materials are extremely high priced.
The packaging, like the Website is very professional and slick but the reality and cost of the products leaves, in my opinion, much to be desired.
Any future purchases I make will be more carefully considered and definitely from a different supplier.

Purchased the jesmonite kit which arrived really quickly. I needed customer service and they were very helpful via the online chat, my problem was sorted out very quickly and arrived the following day.

Nifty little kit that sparks a lot of joy!

I've ordered a set back in April, to be delivered in late September. It never arrived. The order page claims "your order is being prepared to be sent out on Sept 25th!" - reading this on Oct 11th, I'm SURE it is lol
I've been attempting to reach them, but the chat function and their fb link back to their email, which offers nothing but an automated "we'll get back to you in 24hrs!". There is no number to call or I would have already done that. I'm hoping this might prompt them to finally reach out and help me sort this out.

Order arrived yesterday. I ordered the complete bedroom and kitchen set. Arrived a day late and is incomplete, missing the pillows from the bedroom set. I am awaiting to hear back regarding the missing pillows ! Just annoying as likely will now have to make a separate trip to buy pillows !

It's sad to see this company in administration..

They had a great concept and the founder was a nice guy.

It looks like Covid/Brexit hit them hard.

I spent nearly £300 on Noah's kit, equipping the kitchen in my new AirBnB, using the higher quality options where available. Mostly it's good stuff, my guests have used it and have been happy. However, within a very short period the "Premium" kettle began to leak - I emailed their customer service, which gave an auto-reply promising a response within 24 hours - 2 weeks later, in spite of a reminder, I've heard nothing back. This has ruined the goodwill I had towards them.
