Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts, and I am really sorry to hear that the quality of the knives and pans did not meet your expectation.
There are a number of reasons that small amounts of rust can form on the blade of stainless steel knives. It is most likely caused by a small amount of moisture settling on the knife blade. To avoid this moisture settling, you should dry thoroughly after washing. Please note that the rust should be simple to remove with a soft cloth and some abrasive.
With regards to the pans, I am sorry to hear these are leaking. It sounds like water may be entering through the handle during washing due to a loose screw, and I appreciate this is frustrating.

Good products, terrible delivery
Everything ordered was really well-packaged and gives me everything I need for my first kitchen. Delivery was a pain though, and it took a week of miscommunication and missed delivery times to actually get my box.

Good variety but quality needs improving
The collection is of a nice variety but the quality is not as good.
Please improve the quality and add essential items like plates, bowls, forks, spoons and a coffee mug.

I have checked your order, and I can see that you selected the option without dinnerware, which means that your kit did not contain the items you have listed. This option is an incredibly low price, and we do offer customers the choice to select the kit with dinnerware on the website. You can select '0' (which is the option you chose), '2' or '4' which relates to the place setting for all the dinnerware.

Great clay

Don’t count on getting your order
Not sure if this is a scam or just terrible customer service. I picked a nominated delivery date and it did not show up. I then contacted Noah’s Box and was assured it would be delivered a week later but I still do not have my order. This is meant to be a convenience for people who do not have time to shop around but it has caused more hassle. I have seen other people say this as well - if it is a DPD issue then change courier, and if it is a warehouse issue then sort it out internally! Shockingly bad customer service.

In this case, we dispatched your order on time, and unfortunately it seems Evri, the courier, misplaced your parcel during transit as your tracking is halted on the 4th of April. Product quality does not live up to expectations
Noah were good with processing and delivering my order quickly. But I feel the poor quality of many of the items made it not good value for money. In particular, the utensils, knives, tea towels were pretty cheap quality. The other items were ok quality but nothing outstanding. Which was a real shame because the website assured good quality products and they clearly didn't live up to their claims.
