Noah replied immediately to my query re what to do about my delayed parcel. They offered to retrieve it from Evri and refund me.
Absolutely fantastic service and highly recommended.

Addendum: excellent quality candle making kits were loved by g'children as we're the acrylic paints. I know my parcel was received by Evri a while ago & delay was with them, not Noah. Evri have been inundated this year due to postal strike. Noah stepped in, contacted Evri to ask them to retrieve & deliver my £87 parcel. It was delivered on Xmas Eve.

Hi Daniel, thanks for reaching out to us.
It seems like your order was dispatched on the 16th, but unfortunately, it got delayed due to the Royal Mail strikes which have impacted the likes of Evrii and DPD.
As it stands it seems your parcel is just very slowly moving through their network even though we shipped it with a next day service 😓
As a small startup we, unfortunately, don’t have the same resources as a large cooperation (eg. Amazon) to work directly with Evrii to prioritise our parcels. I hope for your understanding that the Royal Mail strikes has impacted all small businesses across the country.
We have sent you an email with the tracking information where you can follow the parcel. However, just to make sure you have the email and tracking number, I have just resent it.
Our current guess is that the parcel arrives within the next 2 days when Evrii is starting to deliver parcels again. If you face any issue and the parcel is further delayed please reach out to hello@noahsbox.com any time and our support team will pick this up for you.
Please not that our support team works at a reduced service over the holidays and that an answer might take a bit longer than usual.

Candle making kit.
This arrived very quickly, and there were plenty of delivery updates, the set looked as described. It was a Christmas gift, and my son in law loved it. How the kit actually works out practically I can't really comment on. Would buy from Noah again.

Fabulous communication!
Bought kits to give at Christmas…such a great idea! The first arrived on time, however, due to postal strikes the second was late so I started to panic a little. I contacted Noah’s box to advise them and I received a very prompt reply offering to send further kits and a very helpful reassuring message which is rare in my experience. As it turned out the kit arrived that evening so all was well and I was able to update Noah’s box who again replied with a lovely messsage and couldn’t have been more helpful.

A total and complete cock up.
Ordered weeks before Christmas and here I am on Christmas eve still waiting for my daughter's Christmas present to arrive. My inbox is bursting with email after email announcing that my delivery will be "today", waited in for the first week then realised I was wasting my time. Incredibly disappointing, if they had come clean about the delivery issue sooner I could have sourced an alternative present in time for Christmas. Never using this firm again and I have warned all my friends not to use them too. Avoid at all costs.

I arranged for my items to be delivered on 14th December, a week before I needed to give them as gifts. I received an email from Evri on 14th to say they had my parcel. And then nothing more. I emailed Noah on 19th ask them to chase but have heard nothing. £60+ spent, I am down two Christmas presents.

Home Mover Kit
I ordered the home mover kit around 5 months ago when I moved to a new city and I've been extremely happy with it all! Kitchenware was great, and had everything I needed. It was very handy as I don't have a car so it saved me a lot of money on taxis and a lot of time. Delivery was simple and straightforward, even with an expected arrival time. I'd definitely recommend it to friends :)

Something went really wrong
I ordered on 22nd November 2022 and was promised a delivery on 5th December. Consignment has never arrived with courier and whole outfit now claims to be on skeleton staff for holiday. I heartily discommend this service.
This was the scam-like reply I received:-
“ Thank you for getting in touch with us at noah!
We are working at reduced capacity while the team take a a break over the Christmas period, so please expect longer wait times than usual for a response.
We will get back to you as soon as possible, and thank you in advance for your patience at this busy time.
Have a lovely Christmas!”
A moany review has evidently improved the position.
I am not inclined to change my review of this year’s so far total fail because last year this outfit did manage to deliver some stuff.
Box has now arrived - over 4 weeks after order was placed but within 2 days of enquiry and moany review.

It is true that some of our team members are already on their very well deserved holidays, but we are still here to help where we can - not just a skeleton staff 😊
I believe you reached out today for the first time at around 6pm when our team was already finishing their long shift (which started at 8am due to the volume of requests at the moment). I hope for your understanding that it might take a few hours to resolve the issue when we weren’t made aware of it earlier. (Obviously, it’s still our fault that it occurred in the first place.)
I will look into your order to see why this hasn’t arrived with our courier yet, but I completely agree that weeks delay isn’t the service level we strive for and it’s, of course, completely unacceptable.
Likely we will dispatch the order tomorrow morning with an express service. However, we cannot guarantee that it arrives before Christmas anymore. There is a good chance as you address is quite central but let me check tomorrow first thing with the warehouse and we go from there.
In addition, I will already issue a 30% refund for the inconvenience caused. If we can’t get the parcel to you in time we will increase that to 50% - does that sound alright? If you would prefer to cancel your order please reach out via email at hello@noahsbox.com and we will arrange that and issue a full refund 😊

Edit: Hi Isabella, thanks for the update that the parcel arrived safe and sound. As mentioned, we handed over the parcel to Evrii initially and weren’t aware that it never arrived and got lost within the Evrii network as we unfortunately can’t track every single parcel. As soon as you reached out to us we dispatched a new parcel which then arrived rather swiftly even despite the shipping chaos and the Royal Mail strikes 😊

Was supposed to be delivered on the 10th December which was already a delayed delivery. It’s now the 19th with no further update and I suspect won’t be here for Christmas.

Having checked your tracking number with Evrii and it seems like the was dispatched at the start of December but the parcel got damaged in Transit and Evrii asked for you to reach out to us.
I completely understand that this isn't ideal at all and we have opened a case with Evrii. Also, I have recreated this order and it will be dispatched first thing tomorrow morning on a Next Day service.
If you prefer a full refund, then please email us tonight at hello@noahsbox.com and we will issue the refund straight away.
