Quick Before, During and After

I was booked in just over a week after being referred (on the Right to Choose scheme), and the appointment only took an hour, during which I was given my diagnosis right away. Overall, I couldn't be happier.

They have provided an efficient and professional process, thank you

The efficiency of the process is good. They are available to contact via phone, the video call etc for assessment is very useful and the hours they offer allows for quite late times also which is handy for people who have to work around their day to day commitments. Also as a right to choose customer I don't feel like I am being treated as a second rate customer. All very professional at every step. Weeks not years is the vibe I get from their service.

I DONT KNOW TGERE PROCEDURES SO I CAN ONLY GO OFF WAT THEY PROMISE. iv spent two hours in a call cue just to speak to a receptionist that thinks my mental health struggles are funny. I'm waiting for some patronising nonsense to be replied on hear even though they know they're in the wrong

Great experience

I transferred to Care ADHD after a terrible experience with another provider and have had an amazing experience! Despite the wait which is unavoidable, they are easy to contact via live chat and are very friendly. My assessor was so kind and put me at ease. I cannot recommend Care ADHD more.

Cannot Champion Highly Enough

Having spent over 2 years on an NHS waiting list only to be removed due to moving out of the Leeds area I genuinely did not see a world where I could get diagnosed and yet within less than a year of going down the "Right to Choose" route I am diagnosed and going through titration.

I cannot champion enough the good work that Noodle do to support people like myself.

It's not all about the speed at which it was done. It's the empathy and the way you are communicated to. Every phone call, email and appointment I have has felt like they have my best interests at heart. They have created a space for undiagnosed adults and children to feel heard and seen. They have given us our right to a treatment I thought was so far out of reach. They have given me validation and allowed me to understand who I am.

Just atrocious

Just atrocious. I simply don't understand how offering such a lack of care when you have such a duty is even legal.
They used to be called Care ADHD so I can only assume they were legally advised to change their name in case they were liable for false representation, because they simply don't care at all.
They will string you along for as long as possible before having to give you medication, then string you along some more.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

(I'm diagnosed, their Dr confirmed prescription, but they've now gone silent on me since (2 months). Assume this allows them to claim me as "in titration" without paying out for meds - scam artists)

Resposta da Noodle (formerly Care ADHD)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused by the lack of communication regarding your prescription and ongoing care.

We'd also like to clarify that our transition from CareADHD to Noodle reflects the expansion of our services, allowing us to support patients with a broader range of healthcare needs beyond ADHD. It's the same clinical teams and patient pathways, just under a new name.

If your query relates to medication or titration, please note that patients should not contact their Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) directly. Instead, medication and titration queries should be sent to clinicalcarehub@careadhd.co.uk, where they can be reviewed by the appropriate clinical team.

We appreciate that waiting for answers can be incredibly difficult, especially when you're expecting to move forward with treatment. If you remain concerned about your experience, please submit a complaint via https://www.noodlehealth.com/contact-us/feedback. Our Feedback & Resolutions Team will investigate your concerns thoroughly and provide you with a direct response.

We genuinely value patient feedback and would welcome the opportunity to look into this further for you.

Warm regards,
The Noodle Team

Dangerous Practices

On 30th September, my 80mg Atomoxetine prescription was abruptly stopped by your service with zero titration, zero tapering support, and nothing provided in writing. This was done pending POTS investigations. My ECG results are completely normal and were provided to you weeks ago. Every single day that Care ADHD/Noodle drag this out, is another day of leaving a patient unmedicated which continues to be dangerous.

I have now been left in severe Atomoxetine withdrawal, experiencing intense emotional dysregulation and profound anxiety plus overeating and weight gain adding to my distress for over a month. I am repeatedly told this is "being discussed in MDT meetings," or "someone needs to review" but no action is being taken. Kept asking for results/consent to contact my GP for Echo results I repeatedly informed that we did not have. Nobody listens.

Due to the abhorrent service received, this matter is currently subject to an open complaint with the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO). Leaving a patient abruptly unmedicated after a maximum dose of a psychiatric medication without an active management plan is a severe breach of your duty of care and NICE guidelines.

Care ADHD/Noodle were made fully aware of previous Tachycardia at my first ever Titration appointment. This is not a new condition and commenced far before I was even diagnosed with ADHD.

Rather than contact me again - Care ADHD/Noodle decided to send me 7 singular 40mg Atomoxetine tablets, with absolutely 0 contact or context. What good is 7 x 40mg of Atomoxetine going to do? What happens after a week? Another DANGEROUS withdrawal period of no support of tapering off this medication again?!

You're going to end up in the Coroners for the service you provide to people. Thankfully not for me but these practices are dangerous and you cannot mess with people's lives and Mental Health in this way.

I will continue to update my horrific experiences until changes are made for everyone who rely on "Noodle" to support with their medication.

Appalling communication and a serious failure in continuity of care

★☆☆☆☆ — Appalling communication and a serious failure in continuity of care

My experience with Care ADHD has been nothing short of disgraceful.

I began prescribed ADHD medication on 10 October 2026, following their titration schedule. I was told I would receive a follow-up appointment within a couple of weeks.

That appointment has not materialised.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the service, including written complaints and formal escalation, I have received no meaningful response or resolution.

I am now down to my final two capsules, facing an interruption to medication that has made a significant positive difference to my daily functioning and emotional regulation.

This is not a minor administrative inconvenience. This is a healthcare provider prescribing controlled medication, initiating treatment and then failing to provide the communication and continuity of care that patients reasonably expect.

What makes this particularly unacceptable is the amount of time and effort I have already wasted attempting to get somebody to take responsibility.

Patients with ADHD can already struggle with executive functioning, organisation and administrative demands. Having to repeatedly chase the very organisation supposedly providing treatment adds an entirely unnecessary burden.

I have done what was asked of me. I have followed the prescribed treatment schedule. I have tried to communicate responsibly. I have escalated my concerns through the appropriate channels.

What exactly is a patient supposed to do when the organisation responsible for their treatment simply fails to respond?

Care ADHD needs to understand that it is dealing with people's health and wellbeing, not unanswered customer-service tickets.

Based on my experience, I have completely lost confidence in this provider.

The medication has helped me. The service responsible for providing it has let me down spectacularly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience, particularly as continuity of care during titration is so important.

Running low on medication while waiting for a follow-up appointment is understandably concerning, and it is not the experience we want for our patients.

Please contact our Feedback & Resolutions Team via https://www.noodlehealth.com/contact-us/feedback if you have not already done so. We will treat this as a priority, and ensure the appropriate team contacts you directly.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you and help get things back on track.
