This company is outstanding in customer service and quality! I purchased a marquis ring for my daughters a gift and after almost a year of daily wear one of the stones came out. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a return label and had the ring fixed and sent back quickly for free. They were so kind and responsive in the email and the quality of the ring is superb. I will gladly order from this company again.

Great customer service. I had a sizing and shipping issue (my fault) and when I reached out to customer service they were extremely helpful. Exchanging the ring was easy, and I’m very happy with the quality.

I ordered the Marquis stackable ring because every time I visited the web site this ring caught my eye. Yes, the order took longer than advertised but the company is in England, I live in Idaho, and there was a major snowstorm across much of the US in late January. The ring was well packaged for protection. I have no complaints with the product. I knew it was a slim, stackable ring which is exacted what I wanted. I received updates on the shipping throughout the process. If this ring holds up and I don’t lose any stones I will definitely purchase other items from them.

I purchased a ring as a gift for my daughter, but unfortunately the inside design wasn’t quite right for her. I got in touch to request a refund — and that’s where this company’s customer service truly shone!

The return process (which needs to be authorised by the company, for good reason) was incredibly smooth and easy, and the team were so supportive and helpful every step of the way. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and everything was handled quickly and professionally.

Even though the item itself wasn’t suitable for the recipient, I would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation. I’ll definitely be coming back for future gifts. They’re an absolute pleasure to deal with!

My partner purchased a ring for my Christmas present back in November 2025. It is now end of January 2026 with still no update if the item has been shipped or will be shipped. Customer service keeps advising they will contact the warehouse but with now 5+ attempts to get an update we still are no further in knowing whether to expect the ring or not. I wish I had of seen reviews before purchasing because I definitely would have avoided. Very disappointed.

Cheap shoddy earrings - tarnished in less than 2 weeks and hadn’t even been worn.
Norm don’t feel obligated to refund the full amount for items you couldn’t sell at a car boot sale.
I will never look at their site again let alone buy anything.

I bought a pinky signet ring in yellow gold.
It’s an absolute perfect fit, and the ring itself is beautiful. Great quality, the inside is hollow but it’s not too thin at all, the edges does not feel uncomfortable because is very well made. I’ve also had some problems with shipping, and the customer service did and incredible job in helping me out. Highly recommend ♥️

Ich finde die Designs der Schmuckstücke sehr schön, auch für den Preis. Die Lieferung hat nicht so lange gebraucht. Da ich dachte, dass die Ware verloren gegangen ist, habe ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben. Sie haben mir, nach kurzer Schilderung des Problems, einen Ersatz angeboten. Ohne Probleme. Zum Glück ist das Paket dann aber noch aufgetaucht. :) Durchweg eine positive Erfahrung. Für nicht Inländer muss man natürlich den Zollpreis noch berücksichtigen, aber das ist nicht so schlimm. :)

I ordered a solo diamond bracelet as a gift and it is truly beautiful. Delicate and feminine. I also received as a gift the birthstone necklace and it is very nice too. I would prefer if the stone would be on both sides as it turns when wearing, but that doesn’t make it less beautiful. Will defiantly order again.

Stay away from this company. I had a terrible experience and still waiting for my refund after weeks of waiting.

So far they seem like a scam. I ordered a ring on 1/3, and today is 1/13, and they still didn’t ship yet. I send them and email and no reply. Please don’t buy from them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - hands down the worst 'customer service' i have ever experienced. The delivery said 3-6 days and it was over 3 weeks... now ive been trying to return it for over a week (have to request a returns note) and ive not had a reply to my 4 emails - and when i call to speak to someone on the phone they are the most clueless people i think ive ever spoken to

Took an unbelievable amount of time for my package to get here and I still don’t even have it. Take the estimated delivery date, multiply it by 3, and it’ll be there a week after that
