I have recently used Northwest Guitars for the first time, purchasing several components for a guitar build. I have to say that their products and service are excellent. Spray cans are very good. Got a lower quality can from another brand and boy was that a mistake. Northwest cans are way better and we're shipped super fast.

Fast delivery and excellent products

I haven’t received my order. It has been shipped back to the sender. I waited 14 days and still no order. It would be nice to review something I have received, but alas I sit here empty handed. This is the second time that I have ordered some thing from the UK only to be disappointed by not receiving my order and then having the order be sent back. The only thing that one can provide os compensation for future orders, but after such an experience why would I take the chance on using that coupon for a new order. Might as well just give me the money instead. Ever since your country left the EU it has only created more headaches with it’s fellow European business partners. I think this is the last time I ever order anything from the UK. It has only been one unsatisfactory transaction after another. If you live in the UK then order from here, if not try elsewhere.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. I have spent a lot of money with them over the years, I just ordered a set of sprays can for a three colour sunburst and, as everybody knows the central colour is amber. They have not sent me any amber so I called them to explain. He said "have you tried it, tobacco brown is amber, what you have got is correct." I said that tobacco brown is not amber to which he immediately threw a load of verbal abuse at me telling me over and over that tobacco brown is amber. I was astonished and raised my voice to be heard explaining that I have spent a lot of money with them over the years to which he said he didn't care. The ignorant pig just raised his voice louder to shout over me non-stop. I said will you listen to me and he aggressively shouted 'no' and rambled on that he hasn't sent the wrong item then hung up on me. Appalling behaviour and for a company that sells paint he has no clue about colours. That is the last time that I order anything from them or recommend them.

The Classic 3-Colour Palette

I ordered a TUSQ nut, which as always arrived very quickly, unfortunately it wasn't the right size (learning point: always check the serial number of the part you're ordering).
