I ordered two of the new style Little Miss mugs, they cost slightly more than the old style mugs. The order was paid for and completed online and 10 minutes later I received a very polite phone call from the company. They apologised because they did not yet have the new style in stock and it would be the following week before the mugs could be sent. I was happy to accept the old style and I was reimbursed the difference. The mugs duly arrived well packaged. I would certainly use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

I recently placed an order for quite a few toys with NotTheUsual. I found some great products at competitive prices and found the staff extremely friendly.

Nice mugs, quick delivery but box the mugs were delivered in was crushed at the bottom.was a a gift for friend so was a bit disappointed.

Excellent service with items exactly as described. Was impressed that they sent a cover at I'd ordered in a rolled tube which some companies charge an extortion amount for. Will definitely use this company again

I ordered a wooden photo box with inscription for my 5th wedding anniversary. It arrived promptly, but unfortunately the inscription was wrong I contacted not the usual to explain. They apologised and said they would replace. I needed to know it would get to me on time and they assured me it would. I then later in the day received a call from I presume the owner apologising and saying he'd spoke to the supplier and it would get to me before Friday. And it did, and it's perfect, and I just wanted to commend their customer service this is exactly as it should be especially when he told me I didn't have to return the faulty box, so no running around for me trying to post back the goods really appreciate that. I will definitely be back and would recommend the website

Product was a lot better in person and the image didn't do it any justice !

I placed an order onine for some Mr Men mugs.. They were competitively priced in comparison to other sites I looked at. Also they had all the range in stock. The delivery charges were reasonable but as I was going to be in Birmingham I arranged to collect them myself.

The order was ready as soon as I arrived and the items were perfect. I'll definatley use this compnay again.

Although the item I purchased was not suitable it was not because of standard or service. It just did not meet my needs. A full refund was quick and back into my account immediately with no fuss. I will definitely keep looking at this site for unusual and quirky items. Thank you.

I've not recieved my order as yet, but when placed I got a phone call the next day from a very friendly guy to apologise as their was going to be a delay! I was in no big rush so happy to wait! The fact that they took time out to call me instead of sending an email, was a very nice touch it shows they care about their business and their customers!! I would not hesitate to think of this company first next time I need a girt! Great products at good prices too!! Top scores all round!! :D

when looking for a make up bag the results were just the usual styles. then I got an email from NotTheUsual. exciting stuff - loads of stuff - my friends at work love my new make up bag - it is exactly what I wanted and it's got peacocks on it! (we used to have a wild peacock living in our garden...). recommended to my friends as the place to go for the unusual
