Μου πουλησαν ρουτερ με sim 4g internet.
Το πρωτο 3μηνο ολα οκ, ξαφνικά χαλια καλυψη, χαλια ταχυτητα, το ίντερνετ επεφτε!!!!
Πρωτη διαγνωση πως ξεπερασα τα διαθέσιμα mb του μηνα και μου χαμηλωσαν αυτοματα την ταχύτητα…… ΨΕΕΕΕΕΕΜΑΤΑ!
Ουτε που το ανεφεραν οταν εκανα το συμβολαιο.
Δευτερη διαγνωση πως αντιμετωπιζουν προβλημα με την κεραια τους.
Τριτη διαγνωση πως εχω λαθος δηλωμενη οδο.
Τεταρτη και τελικη διαγνωση: δεν εχω καλυψη στην οδο που βρισκομαι, αρα εξαρχης δεν επρεπε να μου προτείνουν αυτο το πακετο, δεν μπορουν να με βοηθησουν με κατι αλλο εκτος απο ενσύρματο με 24αρα γραμμη(που ειχα και αλλαξα γιατι πιανει εως 10mbps μονο).
Ζητησα διακοπη και μου ειπαν πως εχω μονο 7 μηνες στο συμβόλαιο αρα θα πληρωσω ρητρα. Φυσικά και αρνουμαι!!!!!
Εννοείται μου είπαν μπορω να τηλεφωνησω αφου βγει το ποσο και λογο μη καλυψης να κανω αιτηση να μην πληρωθει!
Τι λε ρε!!!! Εμ κανετε μαλακιες εμ να τρεχω εγω για τα λαθη σας!!!!!!

Diese Gesellschaft nimmt unser Geld und leistet zu wenig. Es ist unzumutbar in der Heutigen Zeit, ein Notfall und kein Internetzugang das geht gar nicht!!!! Was ist los bei NOVA ist da irgend ein IT Experte der die Arbeit versteht?, ich denke nein!!!

The worst of the worst. The worst client service, the worst communication, the worst everything! They change the contracts prices without informing the clients first, and the clients cannot break the contract but NOVA is allowed to raise the signed contract price. The people who answer the site chat are incapable of communicating, they do not understand what you are saying, they do not answer, they end the conversation at their own will immediately after replying, so that you cannot reply back. When my "contract" expires, I don't want to have anything to do with NOVA, they are completely unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever. Online and in real life. Unreliable agents and services.
A true disgrace.
Unacceptable customer service and lack of professionalism.
I needed to move abroad and cancel the contract - after agreeing all details (and a ridiculous amount to pay for the cancellation at the store), I paid all outstanding amounts and still kept receiving invoices to pay afterwards. I am abroad and tried to contact them in the number indicated as “telephone number to call from abroad” and they weren’t valid. However as I found out those numbers are only for callers using nova. Too bad, they blocked my nova phone number because I supposedly didn’t pay the bill and I couldn’t call them to clarify this because there is no number to call them from abroad. After finding a way to contact any service of Nova, a completely untrained customer service agent replied telling me that this is some extra fee that I should pay and it’s for sure correct, without giving me any details or context. I then asked for my balance movements to be sent to me so I can see exactly what I have paid so far and they told me to give them w contract number and someone will reach out to me. Two weeks later, nobody did. Nobody replied to my email asking for the balance either.
They should really be ashamed of what they represent. Scammers

After waiting 3 months for the 5G box with no updates, I asked to cancel. They told me I need to pay 174 euros for the box that I am still waiting for, plus bills, even though I don't have internet, and an additional 130 euros to cancel. XD"
The worst internet provider I ever had…
The worst internet provider I ever had in my entire life the max internet speed it was 12-13 Mbps when I was using services for 24 mbps and the best part is sometimes I had 0.64 Mbps speed fro few days until they fix their own servers so we can use the internet properly otherwise with 0.64 you cannot even scroll even the scroll on the browser is lagging some times 👎
They are trying to charge me €130 for…
They are trying to charge me €130 for interrupting my contract before it ends and they say that the cancellation fees were mentioned in my contract. The thing is, I never received the contract from them. But even if I did, by law, they are not allowed to charge me more than the fees of two monthly billings, which would only amount approximately €60. How does this make nova a trust worth a company? Not to mention that their service is below mediocre in all aspects. I was planning to keep my mobile service contract but after these incidents, I will definitely cancel that as well.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Nova Greece, which has demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and customer service.
I visited a Nova Greece store to set up a service package that included mobile phone lines, a landline, internet, and TV services. The process in-store was smooth, and everything seemed well-organized. However, the real issues began after signing the contract.
A technician was scheduled to complete the installation, but they never showed up. After numerous calls to both customer service and the technical support team, I was repeatedly assured that the technician would contact me “tomorrow.” Of course, no one ever called, and this cycle of false promises continued for over 15 days with absolutely no progress or resolution.
Due to this unacceptable delay, I decided to cancel the internet, TV, and landline services while keeping the mobile phone lines. However, when I contacted Nova Greece to proceed with the cancellation, I was shocked to learn that I could not cancel my order over the phone. Instead, I was told to return to the store where I had initially signed up. When I followed their instructions and went back to the store, I was once again denied the ability to cancel—leaving me completely trapped in a contract for services that I have yet to receive.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that my entire residential area only has one technician assigned to handle all installations and service requests. This complete lack of operational planning and support makes it clear that Nova Greece is either severely mismanaged or intentionally misleading customers into long-term commitments they cannot fulfill.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Nova Greece for internet, TV, or landline services. Their business practices are disorganized, their customer service is unhelpful, and their lack of accountability makes the entire process frustrating and untrustworthy. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable provider.

Absolutely horrendous, in these day and age we have to beg their representatives to be able to pay for an internet speed upgrade(we have an unstable 12mbps near the center of Athens!!!) and their answer is always different:
a.Wait for a representative to contact you about our offer
b.We see no fault in the area's connections
c.I promise you we are arranging your upgrade to a higher speed contract
e. Please be patient, work is under way, no worries

Ο υπάλληλος Βασίλης, ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός στην ενημέρωση μου σχετικά με την καινούργια σύνδεση κινητής τηλεφωνίας μέσω του live chat. Υπάλληλοι όπως ο Βασίλης αξίζουν με το παραπάνω μπόνους παραγωγικότητας!

Ακύρωση συμβόλαιο/κακό σήμα/ χρέωση σε 5ψηφιο
Είμαι καινούρια συνδρομήτρια στο τηλέφωνο μου είπαν ότι θα πιάνω 5G, με 100αρα ταχύτητα.
Ήρθε τεχνικός έκανε τις σχετικές μετρήσεις μου ανέφερε ότι δεν έχει καλή κάλυψη το σήμα. Κάλεσε το σχετικό τμήμα ώστε να μην προχωρήσει στην σύνδεση, του είπαν να ολοκληρώσει και θα επικοινωνήσει το τμήμα μαζί μου.
Μια μέρα μετά με καλούν να μου πουν κακώς έγινε η σύνδεση διότι δεν υπάρχει καλή κάλυψη στο σήμα και να καλέσω σε ένα 5ψηφιο νούμερο (με χρέωση ) προκειμένου να κάνω ακύρωση του συμβολαίου μου.
Εγώ έχασα μια ημέρα εργασίας (την οποία δε πληρώθηκα) ώστε να είμαι παρούσα στην εγκατάσταση και τώρα καλούμε να χρεωθώ σε 5ψηφιο νούμερο προκειμένου να γίνει η ακύρωση του συμβολαίου μου.

My speed that dropped tremendoulsy I'm supposed to get 100Mbps download but I'm only getting 30Mbps; since I was not working at home before I hadn't notice but I believe it's gotten worse in the last month. I have also experienced many disconnects of 3-5 minutes and one big one so that lasted over an hour. The last one required a hardware reset of the router but the tech support didn't suggest that until close to an hour had passed; even though I mentioned to him that my NOVA router was not getting an an external IP address. Also I tried to signup for the FTTH and the contract they send me was not what they promised on the phone.

They are the worse company that exists. After exactly 12months the speed went from 12-13PMbps to 4mbps and i called to ask why as it was overnight and i got as answer: the coper in your area is consumed overtime... yeah the coper in my area got consumed overnight.
Additionally, tried changing from Vodafone to Nova my mobile number and they lied about the data being unlimited in Greece and also within the EU like i already had with Vodafone and i downloaded the App made an account and i see package data 50GB. i thought i signed up for unlimited... asked for a manager and she of course protected the employee saying that he informed me accordingly and maybe it was a language barrier... em... numbers are the same... i don't think the language barrier was the issue. changed back to Vodafone. Fiber from Nova came to my building. Made a contract Summer 2024. They said it will take 2-3 months to be completed. They forgot to put a box in my floor... They came to install it a week ago. Made a new contract and nothing has happened. Was told in 2 days will receive a new contract to sign and nothing yet. Oh did i tell y'all about the first fiber contract being a terrible experience as this company would not accept a local ID card and an international passport and an ID from a different country... i guess they have their own policy... Overall terrible experience. Reaching out to customer service takes ages... and it is rare to be served in English. They had an email and they removed it, it is only chat support now and if they call you for any requests you will make they will call for literally 5 seconds and then as soon as i say hi or Geia they hang up and then email saying we tried to call but no reply...
Since the change from Wind to Nova I think the good service they had once upon a time was taken by the wind... literally.
The level of anger and hate towards this company is so big i would like to make a Netflix series out of it called: "The Chronicles of Nova."
