Απαράδεκτοι.. όταν χρειάστηκε να κόψω τη σύνδεση, μου ανέφεραν ότι η σύνδεση θα κοπεί 2 μήνες μετά από την αίτηση διακοπής και ταυτόχρονα να πρέπει να πληρώνω το πάγιο χωρίς να χρησιμοποιω το ίντερνετ

For no reason my telephone, internet and tv service was discontinued. They don't have any trained personal to help . Horrible company I wouldn't recommend it . They are thieves I'm told the bill wasn't paid not true 😭

Δοθηκε βλαβη στην τηλεφωνικη γραμμη στις 27 Δεκ 2024 και ως σημερα 8 Ιαν 2025 η βλαβη παραμένει. Αδιαφορία ή ανικανότητα .......δεν εχω καταλήξει στο τι φταιει

Να ξεκινήσω με το ότι ο μόνος λόγος που πέρνει αστέρι αυτή η κριτική είναι για ένα από τα μέλη της κ. Μαριανθη Κυπραίου η οποια εξυπηρετεί ασχολείται και βοηθάει σαν να είσαι δικός της άνθρωπος δεν έχω ξαναδεί τέτοια προσπάθεια ..

Παρόλο που η εταιρία είναι το μεγαλύτερο scum που υπάρχει , με το χειρότερο σήμα στην ιστορία της κινητής .
Αν την έχετε πατήσει και έχετε υπογράψει συμβόλαιο με νόβα τουλάχιστον ζητήστε την Κ.Μαριανθη για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση σας μιας και είναι η μόνη που κάνει αυτήν την «κακή εταιρεία « καλύτερη

Αν μπορούσα να βάλω -100 θα το εβαζα. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΧΤΟΙ!!! Πληρώνουμε ιντερνετ τζαμπα. Το ιντερνετ σταματαει όλη την ώρα. Έχω κάνει επανεκκινηση το μοντεμ απειρες και εχω παρει την τεχνική υπηρεσια στο 13700 και το μονο που ξέρουν να λενε ειναι κάντε επανεκκινηση το μοντεμ. Τους λεω οτι το εχω κανει πολλες φορες και εχω ιντερνετ μονο για 3 λεπτα και μετα δεν υπαρχει ιντερνετ. Μου εχουν κλεισει 3 φορες το τηλεφωνο απο την τεχνικη υπηρεσια και ειναι απαράδεχτο και αντιεπαγγελματικο. Είναι η πίο κακή εταιρια που υπάρχει. Απαραδεχτοι κι Ντροπή. Φυσικα αλλάζω εταιρια για μια καλύτερη οπως cosmote ή Vodaphone. Θα πληρωσω λιγο παραπάνω αλλα θα έχω την σωστη υπηρεσία και εξυπηρέτηση.

I woulnt give it even a clic star. I ordered a new sim from the free to go app and yhey just simlpy sent me a receipt with a confirmation number my sim has not yet being shipt its been three weeks now and it eas supposed to be shiped withing three days . I have talked to at least six people online about the matter while continoualy sending tgem the same info and order number over and over again and every one of tge are telling me differnt things about my order. Someone should go to jail over this i think . Litteraly toxic situation. Its a fact that someone iin ghis company is just playing games or they are all so unorganized and confused the they just can resolve a simple issue even if u give them the neccesary info ovef six times. Very bad vustomer srrvice and i lost my 15 euros . Literaly rediculous.

Τραγικοί και ψεύτες! Προσπαθώ να πάρω από τη nova eon tv και με κοροϊδεύουν επειδή δεν έχω γραμμή Ίντερνετ της nova ενώ έχω starlink & γίνεται κανονικά, ήδη βλέπω με κωδικούς φίλου!

A crap service.

30 EUR/month to reach, when I am lucky 5.7 Mb in download.
I wouldn't expect the UK Service, where with 17 GBP/month, I had 100 MB, but at least something in line with a developed country.

When you call customer service, they always say, "Sorry, the service is temporarily down/slow; we are experiencing some problems." every single time.

Avoid them.

Just as like all ISPs in Greece forming a cartel, the service is horrendously low. For me, it undermines my trustworthiness to my employers since internet access is disrupted every 5-10 minutes for both the devices that are connected to the router. Support is practically non-existent.

Hello, I contacted your customer support to ask for some information and the agent disconnected me in the middle of the chat twice. This isn't professional at all and it is literally the worst customer service experience that I had during my life. I was recommending Nova to all my friends but an agent who isn't respectful that isn't reassuring. The only thing to do was to answer a simple question nothing more. I don't know why you hire employees who don't do the bare minimum. With this it makes me wanna stop any collaboration with Nova. I got the screenshots and everything. The only thing asked was to get a proper answer as a human being nothing more.

I had an internet disruption. Upon placing a call they responded immediately, a technician made a visit within 2 days and problem was resolved thereafter. With 10 years of subscription my line has had hardly any downtime except for some technical failures caused by ote.

Pathetic service and false promises. Nova guaranteed fibre speed lines when convincing me to contract with them. Then absolutely failed to deliver the speeds promsied. Not interested in solving the matter or assisting the customer. Avoid them like the plague

Αν μπορούσα να βάλω 0 αστέρια θα τα έβαζα. Είναι οι πιο άχρηστη εταιρία παροχής που υπάρχει στην ελληνική αγορά. Δεν έχει περάσει μέρα εδώ και χρόνια που το ίντερνετ δεν έχει πέσει. Κολλάει συνέχεια, έχει κακές ταχύτητες ενώ πληρώνω για 100αρα με οπτική ίνα. Μας έβαλαν οπτική ίνα με μόνο αποτέλεσμα να χειροτερεύσει η σύνδεση και να ξεσυνδέεται κάθε τρεις και λίγο, και εκτός από αυτό, την τοποθέτησαν και λάθος και το σπίτι φαινόταν σαν παράγκα με καλώδια και λίνες να κρέμονται. Πραγματικά άθλιοι, μην κάνετε ποτέ το λάθος να δώσετε λεφτά σε αυτούς τους απατεώνες. Ότι και να σας πούν ότι σας προσφέρουν είναι ψέμματα! Άχρηστοι, λαμόγια,κλέφτες! ΜΗΝ ΤΟΥΣ ΠΛΗΡΩΣΕΤΕ ΓΙΑ ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΛΟΓΟ!!!!!!!!!

No internet connection at all. Worst provider in Greece by far

Awful internet speeds dont ever pay crap to this stupid company they only want your money and nothing else , i spend 33 euros a month for suposedly 50mbps internet speed but i only get 15 with the worst latency possible
