Please do not order from this Company. An absolute nightmare to deal with. Order came over a month late and was needed for an event. Offered discounts up to 30% to keep the product that we did not want because it came too late. Requested a return slip paid by the company and said that we would have to arrange our own shipping at our own cost, even though this whole situation has been Novant's fault. Now need to send back but on reading the reviews, we probably won't even get a refund. This is going to be interesting and will keep this updated.

This experience started at the beginning of February and we are now in mid March. All correspondence has taken place when the product was received finally last Friday.

Jag beställde byxdräkt i januari. 10 februari anlände en jacka, men inga byxor. Jackan passade inte och jag kontaktade firman för att dels meddela att byxorna saknades och dels fråga retur av jackan. I köpet ingick en summa ”safe return”. Vid fråga retur beskrevs det som nästan omöjligt och skulle kosta nästan mer än köpet.
Efter 14 dagars mailväxling på engelska svenska och franska, accepterade jag att återfå 30% av vad jag betalat och fick behålla kavajen som jag inte kan använda. Byxorna har fortfarande inte synts till.

The jacket was damaged. I paid to return it, and I was then informed that the case had been closed by PayPal. However, the case was actually closed based on an agreement that I would return the jacket and receive a refund.

I have returned the jacket, but I have not received any refund. They have kept both the item and my money. This is unacceptable and appears to be fraudulent behavior.

This website and related business is a scam, DO NOT use it!! My experience mirrors the hundreds of negative reviews, lengthy delay in the delivery of the item, which when delivered was rubbish quality and grossly overpriced. I requested a return/refund and was met with mindless requests for photos of item etc. but WAS NOT given a return address. I returned the item (at my expense) which was delivered to address provided on the novant.fr website. Next, (surprise, surprise) I was informed it was the incorrect address and the refund could not be processed. ***AVOID THIS WEBSITE AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING***

Detta är scam, de kvalitetskläder som visa finns inte. Det skulle vara kashmir, kom i syntet..
Företaget i Stockholm finns inte, eller det i Amsterdam, jag försökte ringa..

The items received were not as advertised on their website. What was shown was priced relatively expensively for what it was (a coat and a jumper in this instance), but what arrived was was cheap Chinese knock-off toot - Temu quality.

When we tried to arrange a return based on fraudulent trade as the products were not correct they were mute until we started a Paypal complaint, then they offered only 40% return of our payment. Under EU/UK laws this is not acceptable.

Then they wouldn't pay return fees to China (£20 for tracked postage). They then privately messaged behind Paypal's back asking us to close the case to get a full refund as they couldn't issue it with the case open (DO NOT CLOSE THE CASE!)

Then the parcel got caught up in Chinese customs and Paypal closed the case in the sellers favour until we raised a further complaint.

The website seems like it's a European business but this is a cheap Chinese scam site. DO NOT USE.

Commande d'un polo sur le site de NOVANT. Arrivé avec couleur passée, mauvaise coupe, mauvaises coutures, taille fantaisiste....j'ai perdu 50 balles. Evitez ce site c'est une arnaque.

Absolut abzuraten. Die Rüschenbluse sah im Netz hochwertig aus, sollte reduziert immerhin noch 84 € kosten. Nach drei Wochen kam über Ungarn ein Billigprodukt aus China, drei Größen zu klein, mit Label in chinesischer Sprache. Also wollte ich, wie auf der Homepage in französischer Sprache als problemlos angegeben, innerhalb von 30 Tagen eine Retoure vornehmen. Man schrieb mir, dass ich die Bluse nach China (!) schicken sollte, dies sehr aufwändig sei und bot mir 10% Discount an wenn ich sie behielte. Nach einigem Hin und Her habe ich die Adresse auf dem Retourenschein von China auf die holländische Adresse aus dem Impressum der Homepage geändert, die Retoure eingeschrieben nach Amsterdam geschickt und den per Kreditkarte bezahlten Betrag als Reklamation von der Kreditkartengesellschaft rücküberwiesen bekommen. Fazit, außer Rücksendungsspesen nichts gewesen. Die Bilder auf der Homepage von NOVANT sind reine Irreführung, die Ware Billigware aus China zu einem völlig überteuertem Preis!

It took almost two months to arrive .. no returns label and impossible to get into being a jumpsuit just a small opening at the neck… ridiculous BEWARE do not use this site!!!

No puedo marcar menos de una estrella. Ojo!!! Esta página es una ESTAFA no compren!!!!! El producto que envían no es el que piden y cuando quieran devolverlo tendrán que hacerlo a China con los gastos que conlleva y luego no devuelven el dinero!!!!

La amabilidad y atención que he recibido de Novant supera lo que se desea de cualquier empresa solvente. Les agradezco su interés y prontitud en solucionar un problema del que ellos no eran culpables.

Jag fick vänta över en månad på att få min vara.
Jag beställde en linneskjorta, när paketet väl kom fram, så var det inte ens i närheten av en limneskjorta! Något slafsigt genomskinligt polyester tyg! Och inte fanns det med någon retursedel. Så besviken o lurad!

ESTAFA DE PAGINA. Me llego una prenda defectuosa. la quise cambiar, me enviaron una nota de credito por el 100% de la prenda, pero cuando la quiero utilizar es IMPOSSIBLE!!! reclamé mi abono en dinero y me dicen que ya han pasado los 30 dias de reclamacion!!

Sono dei truffatori. Hanno inviato un completo senza etichette. Niente. E non è regolare nel nostro paese! Non c'era la composizione, dove è stato confezionato e il brand. Abbiamo scritto chiedendo di restituire, non hanno risposto. Non ordinate nulla perché non si sa cosa vendono. Tra l'altro le foto non corrispondono all'articolo che poi spediscono.

I do not understand why this website is allowed to continue, they take money string the customer along and keep the money. It should be shut down, it is fraudulent.

Novartis schickte mir bestellte Schuhe die viel zu groß waren und nicht der angegebenen Qualitaär entsprachen. Obwohl auf der Web-Site eine Rückgabe (sollte das Bestellte Material nicht passen) angepriesen wurde und ich bereits an die 10 mails geschickt habe habe ich bis heute kein Retouren-Label erhalten geschweige denn den von mir bezahlten Betrag rückerstattet bekommen. Eine Sauerei sondergleichen, eigentlich Betrug!

Auf keinen Fall bestellen. Die gelieferte Ware entspricht nicht den Bildern der Hompeage. Wird billigst in China gefertigt. Die Rücksendung wird zunächst durch diverse Emailnachfragen und zweifelhafte Angebote hinausgezögert und muss schließlich auf eigene Kosten nach China erfolgen. Dort wird das alles nicht bearbeitet. Ich warte nun seit knapp zwei Monaten auf die Rücküberweisung. Bisher ohne Erfolg.

Handla inte av detta urusla företag! Kvaliteten på varorna är mycket dålig och motsvarar inte alls det som visas på deras hemsida.
Om du vill returnera varor är detta i princip omöjligt. De ger dig uppgifter om en mottagare i Kina dit du ska skicka varorna, men ingen tar emot dem. Jag returnerade varor i slutet av januari och de ligger fortfarande i kinesiska tullen och väntar på att bli uthämtade.
