We purchased a table from Furniture village,first mistake I know and funded through Novuna and yes another mistake.We have issues with the table which is 8 months old and neither Furniture village or Novuna will help.They say you never know what a company is like until you call for help,well we did call for help and they are not interested.
Do not use Furniture Village (look at other reviews).
Do not use Novuna to finance either.

I rarely ever leave feedback for companies and I have experience of many years of using different finance companies including Klarna, Omnicapital, Clearpay, Laybuy, Barclays to name a few. It's a great way to split payments for bigger purchases and I have had great experience with every company I have used over the past 10+ years.

Really annoyed to see even though a bank error meant my direct debit payments didn't go through properly - I have been charged late fee's of £25 x 3 for three agreements. I called Novuna up promptly and explained the error and that it was my first time having any issue but still these fee's were not waived.

It seemed that if I had financial problems - maybe they would've helped but I should be punished for having finances in order. Really disappointed and won't be using them again.

If you want to run the risk of any of your payments not going through properly for whatever reason and getting £25 charges then go ahead.

I needed the loan for a new boiler and it was easy to set up. There is an app to log into my account and I can over pay and change the payment date, if required. I've had no problems. I would recommend.
