My other half was the first to get a pair of Nudie jeans after reading up on, and being super-impressed by, their eco-credentials. He went to one of their shops in London where they worked really hard to find the perfect fitting pair of jeans for him. They were a bit pricey compared to other brands that we've previously bought BUT they're meant to last as they come with a promise of free lifetime repairs and then money off your next pair when you're done with the current ones if you return them, (they get re-sold or recycled). He absolutely loves these jeans and they look amazing. Follow their care advice and you'll reap the rewards. He bought another pair and then my son ended up with some too when he outgrew his old jeans as he's a tricky size to buy for, (very tall, very skinny). We see them as a bit of an investment tbh as they've both been wearing them now for a couple of years and they still look soooo good. Yes, they're more expensive to start with but they are made with love and made to last - therefore reducing our environmental impact from 'throw-away' fashion.

I've now bought myself a pair too, after being seriously jealous of the other Nudie wearers in the house. My jeans usually only last a year or so and I'm hoping that these will last much, much longer - especially with the repairs service there to help. Due to lockdown I wasn't able to visit the shop for their advice but their online virtual size guide is amazing. It's true that their sizes vary from style to style but if you have a pair of jeans that fit well that you can measure then you can see exactly how their different styles and sizes compare. I ordered quite a few pairs (in different sizes) to try as it was my first attempt and luckily managed to find my dream pair of jeans. I knew that I would have to pay for the return shipping, (about £7 I think, which is simply deducted from the refund), for the others. The returns process was simple and, although the package got held up for a long time due to Brexit, when I approached Nudie to follow up on the refund they credited it to me even though the package still hadn't arrived back with them.

I've found Nudie's customer service to be extremely helpful whenever I've contacted them, (initially for size/ordering advice, then for a shipping query and lastly re the refund).

We're a family of Nudie converts and would highly recommend giving them a go!

Takes forever to issue a refund and they spam me with advertisement even though I never gave them permission to do so.

Inconsistencies with sizing meant that I had to return a few pairs of these jeans. They charge 10 euro for each return and it takes them a few weeks to process refunds. I definitely won't be buying again.

Positives: the customer service representative I dealt with responded to me quite quickly when I emailed him. I do like the jeans overall too when they fit!

Waited over seven weeks for a refund. Just happened to check my credit card statement and noticed it hadn’t came back. No apology offered. Horrendous attitude from supposed customer service.

Bought a pair of loose fitting jeans, after first wash they shrank so much I can not even get in them anymore!

Contacted them since I have never seen anything close to this. Customer service just denies everything.

Worst brand ever.

Au printemps 2020, achat de 2 jeans Nudie Jeans sur la site français lexception.com , en pensant faire un achat responsable, faire un investissement dans le temps et essayer de penser plus écologiquement...
Début octobre, les fermetures éclaires ne fonctionnaient déjà plus! Les jeans auront tenu à peine 6 mois!!
Prévenu le SAV du site l’exception (début novembre), et toujours aucune réponse de la marque Nudie Jeans.
Qui fait traîner?? L’exception, Nudie Jeans, les 2??
Finalement, j’ai fait réparer mi-décembre les jeans à mes frais chez un couturier, et 40€ de plus! Les jeans neufs m’ayant couté 240€ ... ça fait cher pour une marque qui se dit de qualité irréprochable, elle fait des économies de bout de chandelle sur ses matières premières, et évidement aucun service après vente!
Les tissus semblent néanmoins corrects et les coupes des jeans sont sympas, maintenant à voir combien de temps les tissus vont durer...

My jeans were scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday 2nd (time slot given), then Thursday 3rd (time slot given). Never arrived and was promised by the local depot it would arrive on Friday 4th and still nothing. Multiple emails later to Nudie Jeans and the parcel is still in transit.

A disgrace - will not be ordering from Nudie Jeans again. What a bad first order.

Köpte ett par svarta Nudie Jeans utan elastan, vet ej vad modelen heter, efter första tvätten blev dem missfärgade och fick fula märken överallt, rena rama skräp de säljer och dyr dessutom! Orkar inte bråka med NJ butiken!

Nudie Jeans suger fett!

Poor quality! The crotch area has blow out. Got them repaired at nudie shop for free. 2 weeks later another blowout. Now I am walking around London with my boxers on show! Now I am nudie!

Owned less than 2 months and then fell apart. Bought from John Lewis - the fit was noce but the material cheap. AVOID

Bought pair of jeans and just start looking review after buying them and what can I really say is shiii....material is so hard after wash they go loose...

Poor poor poor quality

Following on from my previous review. Nudie recieved my returned jeans back on 7 Aug (unworn, brand new). I eventually received my refund 25 August.

The service has been awful all the way through and the time taken for the refund is beyond a joke.

But low and behold, the issues havent ended. Upon checking my bank, Nudie have refunded £77.00 for an £84.00 order.

The worst company i have had the misfortune of dealing with.

Happy with Nudie Jeans breezy britt in 100% organic cotton and made in Italy. I wish they would transition to compostable packaging rather than recycled poly mailers as not all countries recycle soft plastics widely.
It was a bit of a hassle to figure out my right size in 100% cotton, since they stretch a lot with wear, but that is true of all 100% cotton jeans, it's just i was more used with stretch denim so far.

I ordered the right size first but it seemed way too tight, so I ended up returning it for one size up (with the 10 euro return fee). Rookie mistake. The bigger size seemed perfect at first, but then stretched too much with wear. Thus I ended up reordering the first size I tried. The virtusize tool they have online definitely helps, but jeans will stretch one size if in 100% cotton.

Might have been easier if there was a Nudie Jeans store in Ireland. I recommend maybe try them on in store before buying, to save on carbon footprint and on the return fee.

Får inget svar från deras kundtjänst. Kommer aldrig att handla från deras hemsida igen. Bättre att gå via en seriös aktör även om det blir till högre pris.

Awful purchase. I spent good money on these and they literally disintegrated after just 2 wahses in about a year and with very little use. The company takes no responsibility but schools you instead on wear 'n tear and how to put an undesirable patch on to repair them. Would not reccommend.

I bought 2 pairs at exactly the same time, washed 1 pair and they shrank by circa 3-4 inches, clearly visible because I can lay them side by side with the pair I bought at the same time.

Nudie Customer "Care" have been nothing but evasive bordering on rude.

If I spend $300 on jeans and they shrink I expect immediate refund or replacement. I bought 2 pairs.... AND I can't wash the other pair in case the same happens...

So HUNDREDS of dollars wasted after told "Nudie are the best" - they are the WORST - never buy them.

Great fitting jeans and awesome style - terrible longevity and customer service. The crutch of mine started wearing out after only a month of wearing them and they won’t take a return. Cool brand, crap jeans for the price you pay.

I highly recommend everyone avoiding Nudie Jeans. They are over priced and last 3 months before wearing through. They have a repair service which gave me an estimated completion date of 5 weeks later. 5 weeks later I get a call telling me they need to be washed the day you hand them in. Therefore I need to go back to the store pick them up, wash them and then send them back for repair. Joke.
