Went to the store to ask questions. The lady answered all my questions, assisted with an order to be picked up on a different day in a calm,timely, and professional manner. Overall demeanor and professionalism exceeded expected norms.

I had used them to try to renew my card. Mind you, this was one of the options I was told we could use to do so that was secure. My card needed annually renewed so that's what I did. This was my first time doing it and I paid almost 200 dollars 😮💨 and never got my card. I called them and they said wait another month. I waited. Which turned into more waiting and more waiting. I had did this in May. It's now August. Still haven't gotten card. When I had messaged help desk in the nuggmd they told me there's "nothing they can do and that I should contact the state". Which is what I did. State told me the doctors on there scam people. They overcharge and then people don't get their stuff. Also they WONT REFUND. Don't waste your time and money. I wanted to try and tell anyone on anything that I could. Stay safe. Lesson learned i guess.

I know how frustrating it is when you’re waiting on your activation email and nothing shows up.
I do want to clarify one important part of the process: we aren’t able to send the activation email ourselves, no matter how much we’d like to. That email is sent directly by the state after the doctor submits your certification, and your submission was completed on **August 23rd**. You should have received the activation email shortly after that.
If it didn’t come through, the Minnesota Office of Medical Cannabis can resend it for you right away:

As for a refund, I apologize for any confusion — once the doctor certifies you in the state system, you no longer qualify for one.
I’d recommend giving the state a quick call and letting them know you never received the activation email after your certification was submitted. They can resend it and help you get into your portal.
