The set up was easy.
The set up was easy.
The dollar amount listed on the Texas site was only 50% of what was actually on the site.
That felt like a bait and Switch.
Everything was going really well until it was time to meet with the doctor.
The technology would just not work. We ended up trying again and again and again and finally, the doctor just called.
Mauricio, the helpdesk guy was fantastic.
Without him we would still be trying to figure this out.

Process was far quicker than expected
Process was far quicker than expected. The doctor was able to explain the changes in the current Texas laws and how I was protected. Overall the process was quick and easy. Total time was less than 24 hrs
