I love Nylahs Natural products and recommend them to everyone I know!
Leave in cream-magical. Nourishes my hair and allows me to reduce the energy I need on wash day. Used this and let it dry then combed out my hair and shaped into an amazing frohawk for my brother's wedding. Lots of compliments
Thrive- bought this first for my sister who has alopecia (she also had the capsules) She was overjoyed her hair had started to grow back esp. around the edges which have her more confidence and reduced her stress around hair loss which in turn helped reduce hair loss further. Then bought for myself (without capsules), started to fear hair thinning around my edges due to age/hormones and have noticed a difference. I am rubbish and do not use every day (average 3-4 times a week) and have noticed a difference.
Shampoo and conditioner- I am impressed with how the products work over my hair. Others I have to use half a bottle to feel I'm getting any coverage and with these I'm using much less and it is going much further. A firm favourite for my nephew too.
Flourish- my scalp thanks me for this! Easy to apply especially with a lot of think hair. Makes scalp care quick and easy
Super seeds- smells amazing! Makes my hair feel nurished and loved. I have used both the oil and the balm. I love them both and prefer the oil for hands/body or a quick freshen up on my hair and the balm for my hair as easier for me to apply without accidently whipping it most places except my hair!
Customer service- the one time I had to contact the were great. Kept me informed and rectified the issue (it was due to the post not them and they handled it!)
All in all I recommend! I have found that whilst products my cost a little more than others, I used less and get better results so cost me less money and time in the long run

I used the thrive and flourish from February and ongoing, there was absolutely no change. I also bought the derma stamp, shampoo etc. I bought the item based off the constant advert on SM and I assumed it being a black owned business required support. After my purchase I was sent an email advising me of a 150 days guarantee should the items not work. I even got the who wash set along with the derma stamp. I uploaded my initial images as requested. 150 days later, no growth just same.

This is where it gets interesting. I contacted them to let them know no change and I want to claim under the guarantee. Sorry you don’t meet the criteria. What criteria? We have checked your records. Which records. I sent them screenshots. You haven’t bought every months. So I sent them a screenshot of their guarantee which states you need to use (not buy) everyday for 150 days. Oh it’s now a 90 days guarantee. Well if it’s now 90 days, I even qualify for that. No we have reviewed and you don’t meet criteria.

What criteria? Same response. So in short, guarantee is useless. Do with that what you may. I am totally disappointed though.

To begin, I must emphasise on just how amazing Nylah's Naturals has been for my hair. Over the past year since beginning my subscription of the Thrive and Flourish serums, as well as the Leave-in-Cream, Super Seeds oil, the Maximum Moisture hair mist and shampoo and conditioner, my hair has felt and looked a lot better than it did last year.

The shipping is prompt and arrives within a week of the order being processed.

Despite being such a small team, I have not had to wait longer than 24 hours for a response, although Nylah's Naturals state they would respond within 48 hours.

Customer service is elite, with my only slight criticism being..."I wished the bottles were a tiny bit bigger" since I go through some of the product very quickly but when all said and done, I have been and continue to be very satisfied with Nylah's Naturals and recommend them highly to anyone hoping to rejuvenate their scalp and hair.

I did the 90 day challenge after previously suffering from flaky inflamed scalp and some serious hair shed that left my doing a big chop in May. I’ve tried lots of oils, creams, but they would either irritate or not work at all. The Thrive serum has been the best purchase every. Not only did my scalp clear as in no flakes or inflammation at all. My scalp feels so healthy and the shedding it almost next to nothing now. New growth is showing in areas that thinned out and the whole ecosystem of my hair and scalp just seems to be the happiest it’s ever been. I’ve just purchase more of the Thrive. I can’t wait to see the results by Xmas. The pictures don’t lie Also their shampoo and conditioner is amazing. Love it!

I have been using Nylah for over 5 months now, especially the Thrive, Flouish and the Derma Stamp Tool. It has helped with my edges. I use it constiantly, and I have seen a great improvement. I have been purchasing Nylah products for about a year. Whilst I cannot talk about hair growth, I can attest to their excellent customer service. When my parcel arrived damaged due to leakage, my products were replaced within a couple of days. It’s great to be able to support a Black owned business and receive such a good result!

Excellent products that have helped my hair feel as it should in this warm weather. My hair feels more moisturised when I use the moisture mist, oil and cream. The breakage has decreased and my hair feels healthier. A little goes a long way too. I fully recommend.

I’ve only recently started using Nylah’s Naturals, so it’s too early for me to comment on my overall hair results. However, my first impressions have been really positive. The products arrived well packaged, they smell lovely without being overpowering, and what has impressed me the most is the exceptional customer care. They took the time to answer every one of my questions in detail, explained how to use the products with mature locs, and even welcomed a product suggestion I made. That level of support gave me the confidence to start my hair journey and I’m looking forward to seeing my results over the coming months.

I really wanted to like this brand after seeing it recommended so often on social media, but unfortunately my first experience was disappointing from start to finish.

My order took around three weeks to arrive, and I had to repeatedly chase customer service for updates as there was very little communication about the delay.

I purchased the products after completing the online consultation quiz, which recommended the daytime supplements alongside a serum. While the serum appeared to be helping, the supplements caused me to break out across my face, so I had to stop taking them. This left me with almost full bottles that I could no longer use.

I contacted customer services, not expecting a refund, but simply asking whether they would consider sending a replacement serum as a gesture of goodwill, especially as I had spent £77.45 and had already experienced the delayed delivery.

The response I received was that the quiz is only a guide, that I should consult my GP regarding the reaction, and that they could not offer a replacement because the supplements had been opened. While I understand hygiene policies, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility or goodwill for a first-time customer.

My main concern is that the products were recommended through the company's own consultation quiz, yet when I experienced a reaction, I was advised to seek medical advice because the quiz cannot determine individual sensitivities. That left me questioning how much confidence customers should place in the recommendations.

I appreciate that everyone's skin and body react differently, and I'm not suggesting the products will cause the same reaction for everyone. However, based on my experience, I was left feeling unsupported when things didn't go as expected.

Overall, the products may work well for some people, but the combination of the delivery delays and the customer service response means I wouldn't purchase from them again.

In response to the reply to my prior review: congratulations on completely missing the point 🎉

My concern wasn’t about a collab not proceeding, the issue is that I was in contact with Eva, received an actual campaign brief, discussed and agreed upon rates and payment terms, was asked for my delivery address, phone number and full name, before communication conveniently disappeared. The exact same thing happened again this year.

My personal information is now just floating somewhere with no acknowledgement, no explanation, and apparently no concern from your side. It is genuinely uncomfortable that this has not even been addressed in your response, and it’s weird that you focus on defending your workload rather than acknowledging the actual issue of poor communication and the handling of someone’s personal information.

Nylah is amazing, from their products to their customer service everything is excellent. I have been using the hair products for over 8 months and waited before I wrote a review and I must say they are worth every penny. My hair is healthier, thicker and the products make it very easy to stick to a routine. I've also had a few queries on the way and have spoken to customer service several times and have not been disappointed. They are polite, efficient and most of all helpful. Thank you Nylah for your products and to your team for everything you are doing an excellent job!

I started using Nylah’s products in June 2025 and have seen great improvements in my hair texture’s flexibility and moisture retention. The FAB ingredients are also enjoyed by my son and granddaughter. What I love most is the Refresh & Protect Foam Cleanser! At 69, it’s wonderful to FINALLY be able to quickly clean my scalp without disturbing the protective styles that take so long to put in place. Delighted!

This is the only product that has worked to grow my edges back. I have tried many things but all of them failed. Thrive worked within 6 weeks. I feel more confident in wearing my hair out, rather than hiding behind a headband. Keep up the good work Nylah and the team.

Nylah is the first product that has worked for me since my hair started thinning and shedding. I discovered Nylah products on social media and have been using them for about 5 months now.
I mostly use the Nourish product as I felt that's what my hair needed at the time.
I love how you can quickly apply the product to your hair and that it disperse quickly. My hair has seen less breakage and is more moisturised.
I love the natural ingredients in the products and so happy to finally find a product that suits my hair.

I have just discovered Nylah's products and bought the Superseed Hair Balm which I absolutely love. It's very effective for my 3C-4A hair. It contains great ingredients like jojoba & grapefruit peel oil. Lovely light smell from the grapefruit peel oil (I think) and you don't need to apply too much of the product for the desired effects of soft moisturised hair
