Really bad customer service. You have to pay be yourself for the return. Bad quality and bad service! I still wait for an answer from the customer service till october. No reaction!

5* Customer Service
I had an issue with a particularly expensive pair of glasses that I actually purchased elsewhere (from the brand itself) of whom would do nothing for me despite the product being well within warranty.
I already knew about OCO, had seen their shop and am now more than glad that I went in to see if there was any way they could help.
The whole team was understanding. They were great to talk to, their service was second to none and more importantly my glasses were fixed and delivered to me as new. I can't thank them enough. More than recommend OCO.

Bar service at premium price
Bought £600 DITA glasses and 2 weeks in lenses started to move. OCO refused replacement saying this is normal. If you're cool with that this is just your shop!
