Ich habe das 2. Mal etwas bestellt. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Die Farben sind diesmal weicher und im Gegensatz zum letzten Mal habe ich ein auf Papier gedrucktes Exemplar zum Vergleich erhalten. Das vermisste ich beim letzten Bild. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Bestellung und es wird nicht die letzte sein.
Außerdem wurde die Bestellung, wie beim letzten Mal auch, sehr schnell bearbeitet. Die Lieferung kam vor dem errechneten Liefertermin.

I ordered an item and they shipped the wrong picture. I emailed customer service and still haven’t received any emails back. Going on 5 days.
Won’t order from here again. It’s a shame because they have decent stuff

At first there was an issues with…
At first there was an issues with damage on my order. However they quickly responded, replaced and were so helpful and pleasant about it. Things can happen during shipping. They took responsibility and made it right. My girls were thrilled with their gifts and the quality of the product was wonderful.
I would recommend Oenart. Great products and even if their is an issue they will

I have had nothing but problems for…
I have had nothing but problems for over a month. That is right, a month of going back and forth with customer service because they only communicate via email once a day. First they forgot to ship my package for 9 days. Then an ink was dry so they mailed me a replacement and delivered it to the WRONG address. Then the forgotten transaction finally arrived and they claimed that was the ink (it wasn't). Then my pack is missing an ink entirely so I need them to ship it. No one ever follows up on the issues. You have to beg them to reply. They get confused easy. They REFUSE to answer questions about compensation for this (I spent close to 300 with them so far in 2 separate transactions but cannot work on projects with missing ink!). At this point I just want the ink and compensation for all the frustration and turmoil.
I have 2 orders. Order 18954 and order 32146. I need 2 ink. THAT IS IT! Ink 9999 from order 18954 and ink 2377 from order 32146. How hard is this? Ink 9999 was dried out and ink 2377 was missing from my kit.

Misleading images dont match finished result
Painting did not turn out like the image. When i complained i received messages "this kit only includes 24 colors, while the designer recommends 36 or 48 colors for higher detail". The painting did not indicate that the image shown requires extra paint selections, nor do they provide an option to purchase a higher colour count to achieve the level of detail.

The order was not delivered, no refund
The order was not delivered, I have a proof of non-delivery from the logistic company, and Oenart refused to issue a refund. It's a big disappointment because it was for my daughter's birthday - so 2 times more disappointing. I have to start a dispute at my bank and do not recommend to order here.

Love the service
Love the service, the options of whether I want a frame or not and the quality of the paint and paint brushes. Only thing I wish was better was the shipping time, but besides that, greatly recommend.

Overall good quality and happy
Website is easy to navigate albeit if you’re searching specifically, then the website gets a little picky.
Quality of product is great and paints are great quality.
The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that the box it came in arrived damaged and I felt they could have larger size options too.

Been looking for anime paint by numbers and these are great! I love that each piece came with their own set of brushes. The paint wasn't dried out. This also makes a great gift for craft friends who just want to paint without thinking

Delivery time
The only reason I give it a 4, instead of a 5, it’s because when you order it, you don’t realize that it’s coming from outside the country so it takes nearly 2 weeks to get it. I think telling somebody upfront that it’s gonna take a while for delivery is probably much better than sitting here, just expecting it to be delivered and the tracking system needs to be better. The tracking system even said that it was out for delivery and it still took it a day and a half to get there. If I knew it was coming from another country I would’ve ordered way earlier.
