Everything arrived but the mail carrier somewhere along the line bent the package and the canvas was wrinkled. It was an easy fix but maybe shipping tubes with a foam core might be more effective in protecting in the shipping process?

I contacted customer service because the wrong paint was packaged, and they were fast to respond and shipped the correct color! The Mikasa paint project was easy to follow and overall fun to complete!

I ordered a paint kit the first eeek of December. 6 weeks later and I still have not received it. I’ve received multiple emails stating that it was delivered, then another email saying it was on the way. I just want to know where it is!

My daughter was extremely pleased and excited to receive the nice canvas as a birthday gift. The quality is great and I have also been helping her to paint. This has been a calming activity and we are anxious to see the final result which I'm sure will be beautiful. Thank you

I bought the Shiba Inu diamond kit and it was pretty self explanatory on the numbers and colors and the canvas was top quality. Will be repurchasing another kit now

I'm very happy with my first paint-by-number kit. Delivery was quite fast, just under 15 days during the Christmas period. The paint is good quality, the brushes are decent, and the canvas itself is very pleasant to work with. I used gesso to smooth it and Floaid to thin the paint, even though it didn't really need it. But what really impressed me was the customer service. Even before receiving it, I asked for a picture of the canvas with the numbers, and it was sent to me very quickly. This week, I requested a replacement pot of a color I'm worried about running out of (I went a bit overboard with the layers...), and it was also sent free of charge. I've rarely had such excellent customer service. The only minor flaw I can mention, and it might not even be one since this is my first kit, is that the canvas could perhaps be a tiny bit looser on the frame. I recommend it 100%!

Je suis très content de mon premier kit de peinture par numéro. La livraison a été plutôt rapide, un peu moins de 15 jours en période de Noel. La peinture est de bonne qualité, les pinceaux corrects et la toile en elle même très agréable a travailler. J'ai utiliser du Gesso pour la lisser et du floaid pour fluidifier la peinture, même si elle n'en avait pas plus besoin que ça. Mais ce qui m'a vraiment épaté, c'est le suivi client. Avant même réception, j'ai demander une image de la toile avec les numéro et elle m'a été envoyée très vite. Cette semaine j'ai fais une demande pour un pot de rechange d'un couleur dont j'ai peut de manquer (j'ai un peu abusé sur les couches ...) et elle aussi a été envoyée sans frais. J'ai rarement eu un aussi bon contact avec un service client. Le seul petit défaut que je peux mentionner, et qui n'en est peut etre pas un vu que c'est mon premier kit, c'est que la toile manque peut être un tout petit peu de tension sur l'armature. Je recommande a 100% !

Initially, I doubted that it was actually possible to receive such paint-by-number kits. I took a risk and ordered them, but my package got lost, even though I waited a month. I was about to get upset and give up on trying to receive my package. I thought it was another scam and I had been cheated out of my money. But customer support helped me solve my problem. They resent my order, and after 8 days I received my paintings. They are exactly as pictured! Despite the initial inconvenience, I am incredibly happy! I will order again and recommend them to my friends! And if you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact customer support via chat; they will definitely help you. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars (because I was upset for a month), but I'm very happy with my purchase. Next time, I hope it will be faster, and then I'll give it 5 out of 5 stars!

I ordered many paintings and I received everything in two-three weeks.
I wrote an email because I wanted to know where my order was and the costumer service was very good.

I placed an order in mid-November for Christmas. Somehow the tracking just stopped for several days on Dec 6. I reached out and the customer service team was professional, prompt and assuring. In about 24 hours I had a reply email and they shipped me a replacement package without me asking them to do so. The package arrived after Christmas but it was beautiful. The quality of the product was great, we absolutely love our purchase. Then our original order somehow showed up two weeks later. I reached out to see if I can return that to them and the customer support was great, again. They allowed me to gift it and I did, to family members. Now we are all painting and loving this product!!

so so fun! i ordered a gojo paint by numbers from oenart and had an amazing time completing it! it came within 10 days and took me around 4-5 days to complete. i would definitely buy from them again! they have a great collection of items you can paint as well.

Long delivery and no frame. When I saw first advertisement on website it was nice video with unpacking and frame on it. And almost 9$ for a frame...

Ordered from nz, had a panic when i realised it was coming from china as i had ordered it for an xmas present. It arrived with a week to spare and i had received updates on the shipping tracking the while way. As i hadnt seen this website before i was extremely wary but gave it a crack and am very happy i did.

Overall, my experience with Oenart was very good! The delivery took a little time, but it was within what the company promised.

Upon receiving my package, I noticed some colours were missing, but when I raised it with Oenart, I was sent a replacement with very little hassle.

The painting experience itself was lovely! The canvas felt thick and pleasant, colours were very vibrant, and the brushes were easy to use.

I found the experience to be very soothing, therapeutic even, and decided to order more and turn this into a regular hobby. So in a way, you might say Oenart was a revelation :)

I would recommend Oenart to anyone suffering from anxiety or stress and wanting to slow down, get grounded and embrace their anime-loving side at the same time :)

Edit: my one star review is now 4 star because they sent a new paint set quickly, we will see when it arrive

I had to reorder due to the wrong delivery. They shipped out the new items for free just pay shipping. The new items came... Wrong again. Now I have been waiting for someone to reach out. Nothing... Very disappointed due to the fact these units are not cheap. I live in Canada and have to pay USDA..

Customer service was really responsive when an eta was requested. Kits seem to be high quality!

This is the second time I’ve ordered diamond paintings and paint-by-number kits, and I absolutely love the quality! There was a small issue with my second order, but customer service was incredibly quick to respond and resolve the problem. I’m very satisfied with my experience.

Oenart was wonderful with regards to their communication with me and willingness to go back and forth to help me get exactly what I wanted. I had made things a bit more complicated by not first placing the order the way I actually wanted it to be and they were with me the entire way. I also found them to be very honest because I put in duplicate orders and they gave me a heads up to make sure that I knew that and gave me an option to change an order or cancel one altogether. They were extremely accommodating. I was very impressed! Especially for a company that is not local to say the least.
