Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. In my order was missing a canvas and the answered me in less than 48 h and sent me the missing pièce. The quality is excellent. My daughter is really happy with her christmas present. Totally recommended.

Good product, poor shipping container
The materials included were of good quality, and our granddaughter was thrilled with both kits we purchased. Unfortunately, both boxes were damaged in shipment, which detracted from the quality of the product. They were shipped from overseas in plastic, unpadded bags.

Online shopping without any issues
I found the site online and was easily attracted to the site and what it had to offer. I am glad I decided to purchase the premium brushes for the more artistic aspect of some of the areas on the canvas. I will be looking forward to purchasing more in the future.

I completely understand about the frame! Stretching a canvas for the first time can be a bit tricky. Demand is up, so we will send you a video on how to assemble the DIY frame and secure the canvas so it’s tight and professional-looking.
Great customer service
I did not fully understand a product I purchased. I thought I bought 2 different paint kits, but one is actually something different. When I contacted Oenart customer service they helped me get it corrected with a credit for the paint kit I actually wanted. My son and his girlfriend are enjoying working on the paint kits together. Kind of a cool project that they can share as young adults that are not having them glued to a screen! I know I will be back for sure to purchase more in the future

The products are amazing, ordered 2 for my sons and they love it. Kit was easy to assemble and my boys are enjoying it and looking at other designs as well. Customer service is outstanding, communication is easy and they do take care of you and aim for total satisfaction. I will definitely buy again!!!

I ordered a kit on December 4th as a present for my daughter for christmas, she's crazy about Demon Slayer. From Deceber 18th there were absolutely no tracking updates until I contacted customer services on December 27th. They replied promptly and contacted the delivery service, offered to send a replacement or wait for delivery which they tracked down.They maintained communication until I received the parcel, which was packaged well. Apart from taking almost a month to arrive, the product is of good quality and the customer service team cannot be faulted.

It seems even for someone like me who totally lacks fine motor skills to draw or paint, it's easy, enjoyable, and it's such a joy that I found my favorite anime character to paint in a way that's delightful even for me! Delivery was a bit slow due to the Holidays, but I'm sure to order again from this website!

This was by far the BEST customer service I've ever had! When I placed my order, I accidentally chose the wrong character pose. Totally my own fault. I took a chance and sent a quick message to the customer service team, and they were absolutely amazing. They sent me back a message and assured me that they understood my dilemma and would send the right one! What's more, my daughter loves it! Great quality and super fun and beautiful!! Something needs to improve
I understand shipping gets hectic around the holidays, but 3 weeks is way too long. Especially if one is paying for shipping. On top of how much time it took to get the product, it was horrible keeping up with tracking updates and communicating with customer service. I was honestly questioning whether this was a legitimate company or a fraudulent one. Product was received and it was the correct order. That’s the only reason this isn’t getting 1 star. I will not be ordering again unless something is fixed.

Please know that we are a legitimate team of art lovers, but it’s clear our communication and tracking updates failed to give you that peace of mind. We are currently working hard to improve our logistics and make our 12-day average delivery time more consistent, even during the holiday rush.
We are glad you received the correct order, but we want to do more than just the bare minimum.
Please DM us your order number. I would like to personally look into your case and offer a discount or a partial refund on your shipping costs to make up for the lack of communication.

Bought 4 canvases for Christmas gifts.
The product: really good quality and thick canvases, and very richly colored paint. I was not expecting some high-end paint brushes, but they turned out to be really nice.
Shipping: I did order these a little too close to Christmas, so I knew that I would not get them in time, but that was on me. But I think shipping time was very reasonable! I received it in 15 days, the day after Christmas. I also thought it was very convenient that I received emails tracking my shipment.
I would buy this product again, and I recommend it for a hobby or as a gift!

Even though the items I ordered did not make it to me by Christmas, it was not due to the company shipping it out it was because I ordered the week before Christmas and things were backed up. Great options but wish it was higher quality than they appear

But I am surprised that the packaging that arrived was nowhere near premium. I ordered 4 but received two boxes. It turns out each box has 2 kits. The canvas cutting was jagged, leaving some edges frayed. The size was about 1 cm smaller than advertised on both dimensions. Shipping was very slow and tracking was useless. I wish shipping information was more prominent before ordering.
The kits are good for Sunday morning activities, but low packaging and print quality is definitely not worthy of gifting people.
