Yes so I love this company. Anytime I need extra paint they send it FOR FREE!

So recently I got my demon slayer paint by numbers in and some of the paint was dried up. So I ended up messaging Oneart on facebook. They offered to send me free paint. A couple of days later my son tripped and fell on my canvas and it ended uo getting g ripped up pretty bad.

I messaged them again to tell them and they offered to send me another canvas and paints FREE OF CHARGE! needless to say I was VERY happy with the customer service I received. 10/10 recommend!!

We ordered Okaza diamond painting and it turned out to look EPIC! The picture it self is nicely designed and materials are good quality. Delivery was also fast. Overall perfect experience :) will be ordering more.

My order was delivered as promised, but very disappointed that it was in a plain box, instead of the advertised box. It is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter.

Not only are the paints, canvas and brushes high quality but the customer service is phenomenal! Every time I have a question, the oenart team has been highly responsive and really accommodating. 100% will buy from them again.

The product was well made and had everything we need to start the project. I kids are enjoying completing their anime art.

Be aware the amount is in US dollars. My order and receipt did not say this. Wouldn’t have purchased if it did as it’s double the price.

They give me update often where's my painting. Im on the otherside of the world and it arrive quickly. In 12 days i got my things and all. Im happy with what i purchase.

Love this place!!!! Been getting several jujutsu kaisen portraits here now and everthing have been so awesome!!! The paint by numbers portraits are so easy to start and I have zero experience of painting!! The paints are such a good quality! I am actually really proud of myself of making such a beutifull thing (Even though all the credit goes to oenart for making such a great canvases). I also absolutely adore the diamond paintings! You get everything you need and this painting has really helped to ease my anxiety (you should really try these!!). The canvases looks exactly like they appear on the website. And their customer service is the best I ever had! They always answer my stupid questions with such a Grace and I always feel so apprieceted! I am truly oppsessed with this store!!

Had a rocky start but was able to get it quickly resolved due to their customer service team. Thank you guys!

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter that's in love with demon Slayer and she's been into it for hours a day and loves it.

Excellent customer service, very responsive and helpful. Shipping was timely and quick. Very happy with my purchases.

This site is not safe. They sell your credit card info. The site looks trustworthy but visa knows better. They saved me, by not allowing to pay and blocking my card. But it costs me a new card.
The lock is not on when you pay and the signs giving the false idea that it is safe with visa, master card etcetera are fake.

Easy, convenient. Comes with wverything i needed for a fun afternoon with the kids. My only criticism is how they differentiate between diamond paintings and paint by numbers on the website. Its 100% my fault for not double checking but i accidenntally ordered dimond paintings instead of paint by numbers 2x. I think a solid colored background for the icons to distinguish between the 2 would go a long way

Received my order and very pleased with the packaging, instructions and quality. Notably good customer service improved my order as a first timer. Will buy again.

The idea sounds great, and I’m having do much fun

This is my first time ordering from Oenart. I have been having issues with the delivery company saying my address doesn't exist, and the customer representatives from Oenart have been nothing but great. They responded to my messages really quickly, and they also messaged me asking for updates. They were in constant contact with the delivery company. They even resent me my order free of charge to ensure I receive it, even if the issue wasn't caused by them. The wonderful customer service I received is going to make me a returning customer for sure!

I accidentally ordered the wrong version of a painting and Oenart customer support was very understanding and prompt in helping find a resolution and sent me the painting I wanted for free (with me paying for shipping).

Very impressed with how they handled customer inquiries - they always updated me with the timeline in which they would answer so I would be able to know what to expect.

The canvas looks good but i haven't used the colors yet.
I'm pretty disappointed with how they were were packed in 1 box instead of being individual packaging since they are presents for different people. That's just cutting corners.

I love it! The product is amazing, more than enough paint. Although I would definitely recommend springing for the extra brush set, as the detail is is also pretty extensive. Definitely making that part of my next purchase 😌
