Delivered in 2 weeks which is not bad, good quality but not enough paint.
Very happy overall !!

It was an adventure to get my purchase because of the awful first transporter. But Oenart team are the best ! I was so desapointed I write to them and they have been really patient and understanding. They send me again my order with another transporter and it arrived really quickly after that. Thank you so much for the reaction, the kindness, the understanding. Plus, the paintings seem really great. It came with all the colors and a set of three brushes by painting (I ordered 2). I recommend it!

At the start I was unhappy since I was missing half of the delivery, and so I contacted their support through e-mail and they responded within a day and empathized with my issue. I just recently received the items about 1-2 weeks later and will get started on painting them to gift to others.

Shipping takes a little bit of time but everything is amazing. I ordered 3 pieces and they arrived with everything you need. Customer service was amazing to answer some of my questions.

I love the paints, the art itself, the brushes, everything is great. The quality of the materials is worth the price. The pre wrapped canvases are great quality. I bought 9 altogether and love everyone one of them.

I got 2 diamond paintings (I didn’t mean to that was my fault for ordering the wrong kind and not noticing) those are a lot more time consuming doing one diamond at a time. But the sticky residue is good quality and doesn’t dry out. I only peel the plastic little bit by little bit to preserve it.

I really like this company and the customer service was fast and prompt. I really appreciate it. I will be ordering again soon!

Very happy with my order and the quality of the canvas and paint. Had a slight hiccup, and didn’t receive a tracking number when I initially made the order, but a single email to the support team and everything was sorted out. I’ll definitely be ordering more from Oenart

I've done many order from oenart and never been disappointed. The quality of the materials they use is a 10 out of 10.
Always receive my package when estimated. Currently waiting for my 6th order and looking forward to seeing their new paintings.
Highly recommend if you enjoy painting and need some time to destress after a long day.

I was impatient on an email concerned I wouldn't get my kits in time, they were very kind stating facts that if id took time to look at on their website I would have known.
I now know it's a small buisness that gives beautiful kits, lovely beads.

I got this for my husband’s birthday and he loved it! The paint was good quality, however there was one that was a bit dried out but a little bit of water did the trick. The guide paper made it helpful to track the numbers. As someone who isn’t very skilled in painting and has a shaky hand this came out better than expected and can’t wait to do the others!

The Diamond Painting kits are great all around! I had at some point also ordered one from Amazon, and had a better experience with Oenart in every way. The quality of the canvas is noticeably better, there were more than enough diamonds, even if you lose a few per color (which can easily happen given how tiny they are), and the 40*50 cm are actually the image size without the white border, whereas with the Diamond Painting I ordered from Amazon that was supposed to be 40*50 cm too, that included the white border, so it was effectively a good bit smaller.
Also I want to say that I had a very positive, very helpful interaction with the support team who really ended up helping me out, so I would definitely recommend it!
As for the quality of the Paint by Numbers kits, I can't say anything in that regard, since I haven't done any of them yet, but I will be ordering some, so I might expand on my review once I've done them.

Super happy with the canvas sets, easily readable and well made. Some of the paint seems dried out though- added a bit of water to get them back again. However, some of the colors are lighter than the photo color and need 3-4 coats to not show streaks which was making the project longer than expected. However, one set was missing a jar of paint. I contacted customer service and they shipped out another jar which was awesome to see. I would have given 5 stars but some of the paints aren't working like they should but highly recommend.

Ordered 8 paintings. 2 delivered as diamond paints which I must have ordered on accident. I emailed them and offered to return them for the PBN version. They replied they would replace them and I could keep the other 2 anyway. After weeks of nothing I emailed them asking how things were going and they replied that they would not be sending any replacements because it was my fault despite me being very clear in my first email and having offered to return the mistakes. Extremely disappointing they would lie, then just tried to not do anything, and then finally not doing what they said they would. Will never buy again from a company who won’t do a return and lied about replacing them

Loved the canvases and paint by numbers kits we ordered! I wish you still had the anime ones because if we knew yall would be taking them down, we would've bought all the ones we liked!

I was very excited to see the number of anime themed diamond art kits this company sells, but what earns them five stars from me was the customer service. I had an issue with my first order where I unknowingly made a mistake, and the customer service email replied within 48 hours with a perfect solution!

Love my kit and I have to give customer service a 5! They were amazing!
I am only dropping to a 4 because the shipping does take a long time (def not 10 business days as stated), I did have a dent in one of my canvases, but I didn’t want to do hassle of returning and waiting again, and some of the colors are not exactly as pictured- vegeta’s hair appears a super dark blue almost black online, but paint is more a purple.

4.5 stars. It’s almost perfect. Canvas quality is amazing, first few purchases the drills were perfect. There were no miscuts or rough pieces. This last time there were some. It’s not a deal breaker as I just removed them and not put them on the picture. The customer service gets a 10/5 stars, as they shipped me drills that were left out of the original packaging, the next day. I woulda gave 5 stars but if I’m going to pay premium prices I expect premium product and the drills were not. I am still going to order more, they have a HUGE selection of canvases

I bought 4 paintings late June. Never received an order confirmation and the order number either.
Reached out to their CS asking for the information (order number, confirmation and potentially shipping information), giving them my first, last name, date of the order, screenshot of the payment as well as my phone number and they replied back ASKING for the information I WAS ASKING for.
No consideration at all. With the information I provided it was an easy "go to orders page > locate the client by name > send the information asked to the client". As someone that worked with an e commerce platform, it is not difficult. But no, I keep getting passed from person to person and I still don't have the information I asked for.
