We ordered a HAG Capisco in leather. The ordering process was good and the Chair was delivered as scheduled. However, there were significant scratches in the base.

Good morning Tom. Sorry to hear that your Capisco base got roughed up in shipping. This has been a recent issue at the HAG production facility and they are taking steps to correct it.

These are difficult times but after you reach a certain age you deserve nice things. Tyler Hookanson is an asset to the company, answered all questions and exemplifies manners, courtesy, and articulation .
I purchased a Hag Capsico and after I sat in it I felt
like I was more like floating than sitting . I felt guilty as my wife needed a new chair and I ordered one for her. I am not made out of dough, but like I said we are worth it. Office Chairs USA is beyond awesome .

Good quality chair but received with chipped paint due to poor packaging
I ordered a capsico chair with custom fabric. Everything is nice except for the packaging. The chair came with everything stuff in a square box without an filling materials (cardboard spacer, styrofoam, airbags etc.) So bottom line is that we received the chair with a lot of chipped pain on the base. It doesn't affect the usage but just an eyesore, especially when you know you've paid more than 1K for it...

Good morning Sam. Sorry to hear about the base issue on your new HAG Capisco chair. We have already arranged to send you a new base which should be in your hands within the next 5-7 days. There has been some issues with chipped bases and we are working closely with the Capisco arm of 9to5 Seating for a resolve as well as strategies for improved packaging. It's evolving in a positive way but not happening as quickly as we would like.
Adding of course to this boxing challenge seems to be the rather reckless handling of the ground carriers like UPS and FedEx. Excess volume paired with limited resources really strains the system!

Good morning Sana. We are sorry that your SitOnIt Amplify chair did not meet with your expectations. I discussed this order with Tyler your account rep. He explained that the order placement procedure was one on one and he gave you all the support that you asked for during the process. Tyler, nor I, would have never sold you a chair that was of poor quality. We very much stay away from seating frequently found at the big box stores and in online marketplaces for they are not well built, have weak warranties and are prone to failure. Too many headaches for all parties.
The Amplify from SitOnIt is one of our leading high quality designs and is immensely popular. So, we are a bit surprised that it did not stand up to what you were looking for?
While we usually do not accept returns for specialized and custom ordered chairs happy to take this one back in order to help you out. Please reach-out to either myself, Tyler or anyone on the team for steps to take and or call us for some coaching on the operation of the chair should this be an issue of not clearly understanding the chairs features. The only reason it has a one Star. The only reason this company only has one star is that it was the lowest I could give. I ordered one chair. It looks almost a month for me to receive the chair. I emailed several times asking for status updates and my emails were never returned.

Good morning Mr. Henry and apologies for the tardy reply. This one slipped below the fold! We did review our notes and internal records and this KFI chair did ship within the two week time frame that we show on the product page. In fact about a day ahead of schedule. Transit time from Louisville to Folsom, California did add to the wait time but we show that FedEx had the chair to you six days later with two of those days being weekend days.
If we did somehow not communicate appropriately we apologize for that. Our team actively tends to all e-mail, phone and chat inquiries so we are a bit baffled why you never heard back from us?
Hope to hear from you again and very much hope that you are enjoying your new KFI Evolve chair.

Great Chair
I have purchased the PA53 Petite Tasker chair several times now. It is a wonderful chair and I would recommend this chair to everyone with a smaller frame. This chairs comes with the option of adding arms and can be adjusted ergonomically.
The price has increased considerably however since I first purchased this chair in May 2021.

Chair was as expected and arrived on time. Reason for 4 stars was the box it was shipped in. The box looked like it had been through a grinder and rolled down a flight of stairs. This in turn, forced us to examine the chair to ensure it was not damaged during shipping.

Very Slow Shipping
Well, I have not received my 'chair' yet. I am being understanding about the supply chain issues, but it is taking awhile (more than 1 month).
I did like the online selection, but the delay in receipt was only announced once the purchase was made, I think.
