Unsatisfactory Buying Experience

The chair was delivered on July 31,2022 with, what has been determined to be an incorrect H Frame. I have had to send pictures of the parts received and 2 subsequent requests for measurement of the frame and measurements of the seat cushion and seat back and am still waiting to receive the correct parts.
This has not been a very unsatisfactory buying experience.

Ron good afternoon. Apologies about your Hip Chair frame being built incorrectly. Records show that there was some back and forth with the factory for they wanted to make sure that all was lined up for a successful parts or replacement frame delivery. Sorry that this took some time.

Sent the wrong desk size

Sent the wrong desk size, correct one is on back order. Customer service has been great, but measuring on results, I still don't have a desk that works for my needs. If ordered from amazon, I would be up and running 3 weeks ago, now waiting another month for back order top to come in.

Good afternoon Brad. We truly apologize that the wrong size top was sent to you for your AMQ standing desk. As you know, we have asked that the larger size be sent as quickly as possible but the top is bogged down due to some supply chain constraints having to do with laminate suppliers.

We did suggest that you start to use your desk with the smaller top until the correct size arrives. Switching out the top is quite simple. If you have any questions relating to this be sure to reach-out!

We do appreciate the fact that you chose us over Amazon. We certainly sell a much higher grade of commercial desking. Likely the big A would have been faster in this case but should you have questions and possible future warranty issues, I assure you that you have made a better choice with our company. Our specialty is commercial grade furniture and when there are questions or concerns we are a phone call or chat away.

Wonderful sevice

Great experience

Great experience. I was a little nervous to order online without being able to see or feel the bench I ordered. Good fabric choices. I am very pleased with home my lobby looks now!

I love the chairs

I love the chairs, but there were no assembly instructions with the drafting chair. Fortunately it was similar to the task chair and I was able to figure out how to put it together. Packaging leaves a lot to be desired, but nothing other than the box was damaged.

Pam, thanks for sharing this detail. Have been working with Office Master to do a better job of including both assembly and operational instructions in each box. Getting there but not quite over the goal line.

Carton condition is an ongoing challenge as all of our carriers, UPS and FedEx included, are operating with marginal resources. An overabundance of freight, paired with a shortage of drivers and dock workers, spin off havoc and banged up boxes. Fortunately our seating is very resilient to damage despite the rough handling. Given the 100's of chairs that we ship everyday, damages and such are fractional.

We received our chairs today! They are solid, well-built chairs and they look beautiful. This is the first time we have ordered from OfficeChairs, we found they can be trusted for quality, their prices are fair and their customer service is exceptional.

I had help with shopping with a representative to pick out the perfect cushion fabric appropriate for our veterinarinary hospital, timely responses to any questions I had regarding shipping and arrival, attentiveness to concerns regarding any issues and pleasant and knowledgable team member support the entire process.

Love my chair

While there was a glitch in my delivery, OfficeChairs USA immediately found out the problem and it was resolved immediately. I love my chair. I was nervous about the assembly but it is so well made that it was easily put together.

I was sent a default part the right arm…

I was sent a default part the right arm rest needed to be replaced. I called the parts department and the first person I spoke to was super rude and unhelpful and ended up sending the wrong part. I believe she didn't know what she was doing or talking about. She could use more training in customer service and her overall job. I had to wait a week for the replacement part to arrive by mail. Then wait another week because it turned out to be the wrong component. All in all very dissatisfied with the overall experience given I spent $900+ on a chair.

First, we do not have a formal 'parts' department so I sense that you may have called Eurotech (the importer directly)? We are quite confident that we did not speak to you nor do we show any records or threads having to do with a replacement part less send one out. Furthermore, we only have one lady on our sales team (we are mostly guys) and Bella would have never treated a customer in this fashion.

I will message you privately to further explore what may have taken place but above all else, now that your chair is 100%, we would cherish a fresh review that had to do with the chairs performance and quality so that this could be a benefit to other shoppers as well as our team.

Good morning Maria. Thank you for sharing this detail. We will take this up with Lesro in terms of them being informed of this possible fault in the design. To be frank, we have not heard of this prior? Packaging can appear minimal but having sold millions of dollars of Lesro over the years its rare in fact that the goods ever get dinged or marred as a result of their boxing.

If you are not happy we can discuss a return but then again let's see what the factory has to say.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a new office chair and OfficeChairs processed my initial order incorrectly. The first chair I received was not the one I ordered. When I emailed OfficeChairs to get help, they promptly sent UPS to pick up the wrong chair and re-processed my order to get the right chair to me. They also communicated order and shipping updates regularly. I now have my new chair, which I love. We all make mistakes. I really appreciated that OfficeChairs admitted their mistake and immediately remedied the situation. I gave them 5 stars for integrity and excellent customer service.

Wit High Back WFH Mesh Task Chair

It's a comfortable chair (a bit heavy to put together on my own, but doable). The communication on shipping and tracking was poor and took away from the experience. OfficeChairsUSA didn't provide any shipping and tracking information until I reached out several days after my order was placed. If the website says 2 business days for shipping, I would have appreciated being told it's actually going to take 10 instead of silence and once I contacted them, excuses.

Happy customer

Tracking information for my order was not added to my account. I messaged the company and did not receive a response by the time provided. The following day I received a phone call explaining why the tracking was delayed. The order arrived on time and I am very happy with the chair.

Good Experience During the Sale Then Silence Ever Since

The sales person was good during the sales process.. Now, 5 weeks later, I have had no communication and my order was supposed to ship in 20 to 25 business days. By now, I should have received some status on my order and not silence since day 1. I could'nt recommend based on this behavior.

It’s been a rather stressful and…

It’s been a rather stressful and disappointing experience. I had to wait over 5 weeks to get my chair, and when it finally arrived, I was in shock when I opened the box to what clearly was an used chair, casters with visible tear and wear, dirty and stained sit cover, greasy fingerprints all over the white plastic pieces, not even an instruction manual so it may be missing pieces.
I called a week ago to get return details and I’m still waiting for them. Very frustrating and dissatisfied.

Good morning Aida This is really only a follow up to this mornings call, but despite AMQ Solutions failure to step up here in a timely manner we have issued a Full Refund to your card on file. We are now working with AMQ on the pick up process. AMQ is a Steelcase owned company but we continue to struggle with the seating portion of the line. We have now paused that lineup due to this flareup and another recent issue with a AMQ Bodi chair.

Quite sure that what you experienced was a result of marginal product packaging and rough transit in the hands of FedEx. The White frames on these chairs are very sensitive. 99.99% sure that this chair was not a second or used.

We truly apologize for your troubles here as we continue to arrange the pickup of that Zilo chair.
