Med not delivered, refund not coming
-I ordered and advertised med 04Sep24.
- they accepted payment of $150 from my bank
-one month later they demanded and additional $60 for unspecified shipping costs.
-They claim they can not refund to my Bank
-They have not communicated for 2 weeks other than to ask if I wanted to refill a med not yet received.

Not worth the cost savings vs other Canadian Pharmacies
This appears to be a letterbox company that shares an address with a number of other Canadian pharmacies operating out of Calgary, which in turn appears owned out of an entity on the Isle of Man. Many, if not all of these companies, sell on PharmacyChecker.com. Just look up the address and see if you're comparing prices for what is essentially the same entity.
Pros: Good to excellent prices.
Cons: Totally scattered back office, very difficult to understand, encourages Venmo. My bank is under investigation for money laundering and has informally advised me to not use Venmo for payment to non-USA entities. Something to think about.
My experience is they can take orders efficiently, do not require hard copy of the scripts, have limited payment methods which change frequently and, some of the methods, frequently do not work. After payment it can be chaos. Lengthy time between order placement and shipping. Unreliable shipping confirmations (as in at times they've told me its shipped when its not). This can be a real issue if you need timely receipt of your meds. At times I've placed orders for meds on OCM and another Canadian Pharmacy for meds shipped out of the same middle-Eastern country. I was still dealing with OCM's order entry by the time I received a tracking number from the other pharmacy. In the end I received my meds from the other Canadian pharmacy 1 week after I managed to get a shipment confirm from OCM. You will spend a lot of time dealing/chasing OCM to safe a few bucks. Up to each of us to determine what our time is worth.
I've stopped using them.

Disorganisation and no promised updates
1. I supplied a CORRECTED Rx, but the original incorrect Rx was still being processed and invoiced etc until I called.
2. I was repeatedly told I would get an update in 24 hours. It took 5-7 days to get the updates

Was previously a great company but awful recent experience with them
This used to be a great company but on my most recent order there were several problems. Customer Services were not replying to my emails. Also one of the medications I required (Cipram) was out of stock and they did not offer to send me out a similarly priced generic brand. I cancelled my entire order and placed an order with a different online pharmacy.

Terrible first experience
After becoming dissapointed with the price increases of the "canadian pharmacy" I had been using for the last several years, I decided to shop around. I found Offshore Cheap Meds and placed an order for Jardiance on September third. On September fifth, I received a notification that my order had shipped. On September twenty-third, I received another notification that due to a flight being rescheduled my order hadn't shipped yet and to check the status in seven to ten days. In the mean time, I have been refilling my prescription at Walmart for $21 a pill. Any savings I would have had by changing offshore suppliers has been lost. Not a good showing.

Great Prices / Smooth Transaction
Prices for the meds seemed too good to be true, so I was reluctant and suspicious to complete my purchase when I discovered they do not accept credit cards. Since the purchase price was relatively small, I decided to take my chances and proceed with the transaction. To my pleasant surprise, not only did everything go smoothly, but the delivery arrived well before the promised and expected time!
Needless to say, I am super satisfied with my experience!

Complete irresponsibility in the sale…
Complete irresponsibility in the sale of meds can lead to severe medical emergencies. My order is now scheduled to arrive 3 weeks past its original arrival date. The company says it's because of "extreme weather" patterns, which would be a problem if they were WALKING from India, but I really imagine the meds are shipped via air. Since I cannot purchase these meds in the country I live in, I have to stop cold turkey, which is very dangerous with these meds. I emailed the company several days ago and they didn't even bother to get back to me.
