I have had the worst customer service experience today, I ordered things from them and they loaded frozen food on top of the 5kg of rice, I made videos of the rice being soaked which will affect the quality of the rice as rice doesn’t need moist, they told me that they won’t refund me as nothing is wrong with the rice they said it in the most condescending manner ever telling me they are closing the case immediately. Please how do I report them. I called over 5 times, they won’t pick up and they won’t return

They used to provide a good service, but unfortunately, the quality of their service has declined significantly.
For the past six months, I have experienced mistakes with my orders. For example, I ordered Ghana Garri but received Ijebu Garri instead, which is cheaper. The same thing has happened with noodles.
Most recently, I ordered 20kg of garri, but only 2 × 5kg bags were delivered. Even more concerning, the 5kg labels appeared to have been changed to 10kg using a pen.
These are not isolated incidents anymore. When customers are paying for specific products and quantities, they should receive exactly what they ordered and paid for.
I hope Ogbongeh takes these concerns seriously and improves its quality control and customer service.

Do not order anything from this shop. Brought something from this store which was bad. They declined to offer refund back . Never order from this store! Don't order from this place they don't care about customers. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have left three stars because I have been happy with other purchases from them but what has really disappointed me is the honey beans I ordered from them recently.
Common! You can’t sell weevil infested beans to consumers. That makes no sense to me. It’s one thing if it is a little amount of weevil that can be taken out but for almost every single bean to have weevil in them and you thought it was still okay to sell this to a consumer? That’s ridiculous and very very unfair.
You’re prioritising profit over reputation and trust me, that’s not gonna favour you in the long run.
The reason I kept ordering from Ogbongeh is because I was impressed with what they were selling so I was really really disappointed when I received that honey beans.
There was more weevils than beans and that is so so bad.
Please stop that.
Not everyone is comfortable eating weevils and that’s why I buy from what I believed was a reputable company.
Please try your best to ensure that you store the beans in a way that they do not become infested with weevils and if they already got infested with weevils , then please don’t sell that to a consumer! Not something containing that much weevils. That’s wickedness if anything and you’re in the UK so you should understand food regulations and know that this goes against it.

I am satisfied with other aspects of my purchases. My dissatisfaction is with the weevil infested beans that I was sold.

Let me tell you my experience with this great company! I placed an order on Sunday, and I just received it half an hour ago! Man was I surprised at the level of packaging! Amazing! Everything I ordered is here! I'm Romanian, and I have family, friends from Nigeria, I love cooking Nigerian meals! Due to a health problem, I couldn't go to my usual shop in town so I decided to place an order, after reviews and careful consideration, I ordered from you guys, and I'm so happy I did! I received my order today,I am not happy. This is my 4th time ordering from here. I am very disappointed. Both of my rice was damaged from the bottom. When I try taking it out from the box it was puring on the floor. I had to empty it somewhere, my plantain was damaged,chin-chin was damaged and my whole salt was damaged and pure inside the box. I spend my money only to receive such service. I will not be coming back I will take my customer service else where I feel valued and appreciated after I have spend £300 plus. The staff are also rude when speaking on the phone they also didn't bother responding to my email in regards to my damaged items with proof via pictures. This is the reason
why black business never go far because of bad customer service and nasty attitude toward customer.
