I love!! My husband bought me two of the watches from Ohklassy and they turned out to be so much prettier in person! I love the antique look they have and how dainty they are. The packaging looked very intentional and thoughtful which is nice, as the watches are in the hundred dollar price range. They definitely do not look cheap nor do they feel cheap, but actually have a very decent weight to them. The only thing I would have liked to see is them use a real what I think is supposed to be a tigers eye stone for the band but other than that, I will definitely be purchasing more watches from here and am very pleased with my order!

NIET BESTELLEN! Horloges ontvangen, vond de kwaliteit slecht, zien eruit alsof ze van plastic gemaakt zijn. Meteen retour aangevraagd en die werd afgewezen.
Na meerdere mails beloofd een retour etiket te sturen, nu maanden verder en nog steeds geen retour procedure op gang gezet.

Daar gaan we weer.. (nog steeds)
Wat een *** bedrijf. Ik ben er zo klaar mee en vind het heel naar dat het zo’n enorm gedoe is. Als ik dit had geweten had ik sowieso nooit wat besteld, maar nu al helemaal nooit meer. Eindelijk na weken wachten kreeg ik mijn pakketje en zijn het gewoon twee horloges van SheIn!!! Niet normaal.
Vervolgens hebben ze mij geblokkeerd op Instagram omdat ze van mij onder hun post berichten kregen omdat ze niet reageerde op mijn DM’s.
En dan zie je dat ze heel netjes reageren onder mijn eerder geschreven review. Netjes toch? Maar vervolgens als ik ze het honderde mailtje heb gestuurd reageren ze alsnog niet. Het is allemaal schijn! Retourneren kunnen ze ook niet. Ik ga hier niks voor betalen en ben bezig met rapportages bij verschillende organisaties. Dit laat ik echt niet over m’n kant gaan. Dus neem alsjeblieft mijn advies aan want dat bespaart je een hoop gezeur.

I thought the watches would be bigger, but I’m actually glad they’re not. They’re small, elegant, and very lightweight. I bought two and have only worn one so far, but I’ve been wearing it constantly for the past few months and it hasn’t tarnished or shown any signs of wear. It’s truly beautiful!

Very cute
I got he black friday deal of two for one. Still pricey but worth it as I’ve been wanting some cute wrist watches! I’ve been wearing them constantly for a week and a half now, very happy with them. Wouldnt say theyre the most practical as I can’t really adjust or tell the exact time down to minutes, but it’s fine because it’s more about there aesthetics than practicality for me. Love that it came packaged super nice with wristband adjusters.

Please please please, don’t buy anything from this store. The quality is garbage and one of the wacthes didn’t even match the picture. They’re way too big, and someone wrote here that they’re not even adjustable even though the website says so?
Returning the the items was made impossible. There was repeated delays and excuses, no return label was ever sent.
I repeat, DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ben nu al meer dan een maand aan het wachten op me pakketje, als ik ze mail of berichtje stuur dan krijg ik elke keer het zelfde antwoord in het Engels. “We’re really sorry for the delay. I’ve flagged your order to our fulfillment team and asked them to prioritize checking its status” niks hier kopen is een grote scam!! Het komt niet aan.

Normaal gesproken komen al onze bestellingen netjes aan. Als een pakket vertraagd is of zoekraakt, sturen we altijd kosteloos een nieuw pakket of bieden we een passende oplossing. Je hoort dus zeker niet zonder bestelling achter te blijven.

OhKlassy: Does not follow through on guarantees
When it arrived, I was disappointed to find it cheaply made, mixed metals including iron, and a quality closer to $30 AUD rather than $100+. I immediately contacted customer service to request a return, as the watch was unworn and still in its original packaging.
That was over a month ago. Despite their website stating that “unworn items can be returned within 60 days for a full refund,” OhKlassy has refused to authorise a full return. After engaging in delay tactics, they started by saying they would get a return label. They have since offered partial refunds (first 30%, then 50%) while asking me to keep the watch. I’ve provided screenshots of their policy and proof that the watch is unused, yet they continue to deny the refund with no explanation, whilst also cancelling the request for a return label.
I’ve since contacted the ACCC, requested a chargeback through my bank, and reached out to the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN). OhKlassy continues to claim they acted in “good faith,” but their refusal to honour their stated return policy suggests otherwise. It is clear that they are acting unlawfully by refusing to honour their guarantees.
Their customer service has been extremely poor, and based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Very bad return service! BE AWARE!!!
I bought 2 watches from them and the style unfortunately not fit me, they don't look good on me, and I emailed them to get me through refund process. And they keep pushing it back the return process with excuses and explaining themselves how descriptive they are with the details of the product. But it doesn't matter! Everyone is different and it looks good on one doesn't mean it looks exactly the same on my hand! I don't even know why I have to explain myself to them to get the refund why they stated on their website "Money back guarantee"! Clearly NOT GUARANTEE!
So be careful everyone! I will not recommend purchasing anything from them! Im still fighting with them about my return🤦♀️

Schlechte Qualität und schlechter Kundenservice
Ich habe bei Oh Klassy Uhren bestellt und bin wirklich enttäuscht. In den Bildern sehen sie hochwertig aus, aber in echt wirken sie sehr billig und fühlen sich auch nicht wertig an. Leider konnte ich keine der Uhren zurückschicken – das Serviceteam hat mir zwar ein Retourenlabel versprochen, sich aber absichtlich erst gemeldet, als die Rückgabefrist bereits abgelaufen war. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Der Kundenservice ist unzuverlässig und die Qualität der Produkte steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Ich kann die Marke absolut nicht empfehlen und rate jedem davon ab, dort zu bestellen.

I ordered three watches but unfortunately didn’t like them; their quality is so cheap and their size is tiny (not like a regular watch). Then, I contacted them through WhatsApp in order to return them, they said okay and the’ll send me a return label asap. That was almost a MONTH ago and they still haven’t issued the return label. Such a disregard.

Sehr zufrieden
Die Uhren gefallen mir sehr gut und entsprechen genau der Beschreibung im Shop. Die Lieferzeit war zwar etwas länger, lag jedoch im angegebenen Zeitraum. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Schönes Packaging, zudem war ein kostenloses Werkzeug zum Verstellen der Uhr enthalten.
