Fraudulent advertising
Fraudulent advertising, obviously fake pearls, fake and ugly mother of pearl backing. No response for refunds. Cheap watches and slow delivery. I wonder if they will ever get back to me for a refund/return...

Verschrikkelijk! Eerst 2 weken moeten wachten, en daarna zie je dat ze op aliexspress staan ! Dikke dropshopping dus...echter krijg ik de horloges binnen veel te groot , de tool om in te korten ontbreekt! Plus het logo staat scheef! Echter stuurd ohklassy jou geen retour label!.... ronduit slecht

Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om een review te plaatsen. Jammer om te horen dat je ervaring niet naar wens was. Bij OhKlassy werken we met eigen ontwerpen en vaste productiepartners, wij maken geen gebruik van dropshipping. De standaard levertijd communiceren we altijd vooraf.
Wat betreft de maat en de ontbrekende tool: dat had niet mogen gebeuren. Al onze horloges zijn verstelbaar en passen dus om iedere pols. Retouren zijn altijd mogelijk binnen ons retourbeleid, alleen verstrekken wij geen voorafbetaalde labels.
We zijn trots dat inmiddels duizenden klanten dagelijks met plezier hun OhKlassy-horloge dragen. We willen er alles aan doen om ook jouw ervaring positief af te ronden. Stuur ons gerust je ordernummer via support@ohklassy.com, dan lossen we dit netjes voor je op.

This brand is a ripoff
These are a scam all of these watches are aliexpress repackaged. You can find the listings. Search “womens watch gold” on aliexpress/alibaba/temu etc and you will find the exact same watches (down to the writing) for £12. Selling these for 80€-100€ is insane.

Cheap quality, watches doesnt fit a small wrist (a big one neither)
I ordered two watches within the 2 for 1 Sale. I am from Germany so it took a while for my order to get delivered. The package came and I looked at the watches: one of them looks like its made for a childrens wrist tbh. Its way to small and NOT adjustable as the website says. Sadly thats the watch wich was my reason to order. I told them about the issue - I can send the watch back on my own, from my own Money (sure 😂) and then choose another one that they will send me. But as you can Imagine: I will never know If the new one will fit or If I have to send it back on my own costs tbh. The second watch is too big (wtf?) but I can adjust it. All in all I would'nt Order again. The quality from the watch that fits isnt good though - feels cheap.
