Awful return experience
As soon as I ordered this watch I wanted to return it. I bought it as a gift for someone but turns out they just purchased a similar item. So as soon as it was purchased I tried to cancel it. They told me to ask the courier to return to sender. Unfortunately the courier just dropped it and left. It has been 2 months that I have been trying to return this watch. The support staff keeps saying that their team hasn’t sent them the label yet. At this point it is just absurd. They’ve held my money from me and I haven’t even opened the package yet. They initially offered me a 20% refund to keep the watch. That barely covers sales tax where I live…

The watch I received looks even better in person than on the website. Delivery to Australia was faster than expected and came nicely packaged with a little gift bag and tool, which was a nice touch.

They were two soft pieces in texture and shape made of black leather with a golden frame. I did not expect their shape in reality. I thought they would be a little bulky, but no, they are not. I really liked the design because they are delicate on the hand and beautiful as well. I loved the experience from the Oh klassy website. Everything was done successfully and the shipping to Australia was fast. Thank you.

I’m really sorry about this, having a parcel marked “left in a safe place” when nothing arrived is incredibly frustrating. Although that scan comes from the courier, it’s our job to make it right.
Please send us your order number and delivery postcode via support@ohklassy.com or DM/WhatsApp us directly so we can verify details privately. We’ll:
1. Open a trace with the carrier (GPS/photo proof & driver notes).
2. If it isn’t located, we’ll replace the order with signature-required delivery or issue a refund, on your choice.
If you haven’t already, a quick check with neighbours/building reception can sometimes help, but we’ll handle the rest. Thank you for flagging this, we’ll make sure you get your OhKlassy order.

I ordered 2 watches, they look exactly like the picture, i thought they would be a bit bigger but I’m glad they are not - they look stylish, classy, beautiful. Extremely poor quality. After only 2 hours of wearing it, water leaked inside the watch, covering the glass completely. The hours became impossible to read. Avoid at all costs.Hope everyone read my comment before losing money for a urly watch
