Customer service is top notch!

Multiple points here (spine stock)
1. You can't tell on the website, but it's 3d printed. That's fine, but mine arrived filthy. Extra filament strings hanging off of it. Looks like their plate was dirty because where they broke it off was caked in what looked like old layers of filament
2. When you clip the controllers on, the rear one is perfect, however, the front controller is angled in such a way that you can't turn left (right handed) or right if you're left handed. I'm 6'1 and 220 lbs. First thought was I'm too big, but my wife had a tough time turning as well and shes tiny. You can do it, but you have to keep your wrist bent backwards the entire time. The stock is extremely uncomfortable.
3. No big deal, but it added to my frustration. The QR code for assembly doesn't scan so I had to search for instructions. I found a youtube video that partially showed how and did the rest by looking at a picture of it.
4. The sleeve that slides into the controllers creaks when breaking away, so I didn't trust them fully to hold my controllers in.
5. Stock is a set length. You can't change it.

Bottom line the product is unusable in its current state. It needs to be redesigned and needs a better printing process. I wouldn't use it if it was free because of how uncomfortable it was to hold for more than a couple minutes. Solid idea, wrong execution.

Five stars. Wait time was long but overall not as long as other companies. Great quality of the gunstocks. They look good especially. Would buy again!

I’ve got the lopro at first was struggling to use it but now I’m loving it hitting shots I would’ve never thought I would hit only down side I have is that sometimes when I snap my controllers onto the stock in a weird way my controllers disconnect. Overall really nice and affordable

I bought the SPINE meta quest 3 stock and the right controller mount broke after about an hour of moderate use. Have yet to get a response for a replacement part.

The Spine stock is a decent product. Fulfills what I wanted.

2 big issues I had:
1. The only one I got was for my Rift S and one of the controller attachments came partially broken. Still worked and I wasn't using it a lot so I didn't ask for a refund.
2. Both the Spine stock and the controller attachments have basically ZERO chamfers or fillets. This makes them very uncomfortable if you accidentally knock it against your body or if you grab the controller attachments wrong. Also for the Quest 3 controllers (I ordered just the replacement attachments), it made it really hard to get on and off and scratched the controllers. I added my own fillets to fix the issue but it should have been done from the factory.

Overall, the products are really poorly engineered and I don't think I would buy another product, tho I'm happy enough with what I have after I added fillets manually. It also doesn't help that they are 3D printed; I'm pretty sure that's why my first one broke in shipping.

Stock itself looks great! Decent weight and solid quality. I bought the spine red and black edition for the meta quest 3. Only issue I have currently is the controller magnetic mounts were a little fragile. Install of the left one broke immediately, right one went on no problem. They seemed a little small for the controllers. Waiting on response from OlenVR on replacement policy.

First I was sent the wrong one and had to pay for shipping again on the second one and it didn’t even come with the correct attachment for my VR in which the person who was supposed to “help me” told me tuff luck I will have to buy another one. I received the correct things only to discover it’s completely impractical to use on most VR games

I purchased the LoPro with quest 3 accessory. This is my first VR gunstick. I hate to leave bad reviews, and it's a shame because the overall quality of this VR gunstock is very good, but for the quest 3 it's not a good mix. Controller tracking was inconsistent while aiming (gun would aim slightly up or down on its own and I made sure to use physical gunstock setting for the game that I played), the grip button was blocked by the quest 3 attachment so I had to file it down just to be able to use it properly, and putting controllers into the attachment scratched the controllers, so now my controllers are permanently damaged and if I wanted to continue using it they would get more and more damaged from removing and reinserting the controllers over and over again. Game tested was Ghosts of Tabor. Short version, stay away from this if you have a quest 3.

Horible customer service. No phone number to talk directly to anyone. I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and still no email, no tracking number. Would highly suggest going elsewhere with better customer service.

A short, in depth review of this stock:

Shipping: Took a little while to arrive but that’s understandable due to them being built to order.

Use: It feels extremely sturdy, it comes with QR codes to assemble your unit. Build time took about 10-15 minutes for me, after that it was good to go. It takes about an hour to get comfortably accustomed to it and man, is it a game changer. Snapping onto targets has never been easier. if you’re looking to improve your K/D, this is the way to go.

Pros: It looks and feels like an official meta product, it’s compact and lets you adjust your grip on the fly to match different sized weapons. The extra weight on the remotes helps with stability while using pistols in game. I recommend opting for the sling, it’ll save you a lot of trouble in the long run.

Cons: As with any 3D printed product, it will come with a few rough edges, I’ve read that some needed to contact olen for certain replacement parts cause of this. I got lucky and received an acceptable print that worked from the get go. Reloading or drawing your pistol becomes slightly more difficult with how strong the magnets are, but I could just need more time with it. The remotes do wiggle slightly while on the stock but that can be fixed easily with a few thin strips of rubber. Another slight issue I found is the quest has a harder time tracking your remote due to the clamps but it fixes itself after a few seconds.

All in all I would highly recommend this product over some of the others on the market, I’ve tried out a few stocks over the years and this one is going to be my daily driver for a while. Sure it has a few issues but they can easily be fixed or simply overlooked after some time with it.

Had my eye on the OlenVR gun stocks ever since I started looking into VR gun stocks. After comparing several & now owning three different high quality, well known brands, the OlenVR Spine has been by far my favorite.

For a little background info, I'm a live streamer, content creator, VR game/hardware tester & reviewer, Discord community leader, bHaptic modder, PC builder and overall VR nut who loves helping others get the absolute most out of VR for their best possible experience. I'm always on the search for different & unique items that help make VR an overall better experience.

I'm also a larger dude at 6'2" barefoot with long arms, and use bhaptics gear and all sorts of other accessories while using VR or live streaming. It's often times difficult to find accessories that work well with my size but OlenVR worked directly with me to ensure I was given an item that would work for me.

I use my OlenVR Spine more specifically for more Vail VR & Ghosts of Tabor and refuse to play either without the Spine. It improves my accuracy & makes the experience much more enjoyable.

The gunstock is very sturdy, high quality while being lightweight & stylish. They also have a large selection. While the colorway wasn't on the website, they worked with me to send me exactly what I wanted. OlenVR even customized my name & logo on the side of my gunstock as an extra 'above and beyond' touch which makes it really stand out. It looks so good that I actually have it mounted on my wall when it's not being used.

While it did take a while for shipping, they let me know ahead of time when the estimated arrival date would be. And when I accidentally broke a piece, OlenVR customer service sent me a replacement, free of charge, within the week. They have also already improved a certain aspect of the gunstock I ordered & sent me the improved piece as well without me even reaching out.

While not perfect for every game, it is supported by tons of great shooters and am very happy with my OlenVR experience. The quality is better than other gunstock brands I've used, my accuracy is improved, the price is affordable and customer service has been far above what is to be expected now days.

Honestly, the best Quality for a stock. I use mine for every game that I can and absolutely love it. I bought the LoPro as soon as Olen released it for the index. I own protube, mamut, istock, and off brands from Amazon for gun stocks and this is hands down my favorite for competitive playing or just casual. Even picked one up for the Quest 3. You can be very fast with it as soon as you're use to the muscle memory!

Another thing! I've broke multiple controller mounts being a dumb ass and carelessly dropping them on the ground. I've reached out and they sent new mounts for free!! Absolute legends and great customer service. 10/10

They replaced a broken part for free even though my warranty had expired.

Excellent customer service, included a bungie sling-For Free-,helped me with any questions, and very high quality equipment. OlenVR is one of the best companies for high quality stuff.

Ordered my package in late June and it wasn’t shipped until early August. It was sent back to their warehouse. I tried emailing them they haven’t responded. I went onto the chat support and they haven’t responded. It’s been three days
