I order regularly from Olivia Mae and have always been a fan. The website is user-friendly, and the ordering process is simple. The clothing follows the latest trends. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if the shopping bag took up the full screen, rather than just a narrow strip on the right side.

There was a small issue with my order, so I contacted customer service. I was immediately helped and the problem was quickly resolved. The team is amazing, and the staff is friendly and professional. Thank you, Olivia Mae! x

Product quality is shocking, absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. Attempted to return the item and they offered a gift card for 60% of the purchase price, despite leaving feedback of the terrible quality and service. Avoid at all costs.

When I had trouble using my personal discount code, I sent an email and received a quick response. Sophie was incredibly helpful, and thanks to her, I was able to use my discount code!

Read the reviews. They are all terrible. Don’t be an idiot and buy anyway. I did and the dresses I received aren’t even vaguely similar in style, material or shape. Just the colours were close ish. I wasted £120 (!!!!) on two dresses that are such poor quality I can’t resell or give away and the refund process is total smoke and mirrors. Avoid

As per everyone’s Trustpilot reviews this company is fake ! Please do not buy from them! The clothes you order are NOTHING like what you receive! Cheap material and make it impossible to send back and get a refund !! I hope they get shut down because they are making money by scamming people! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I've made the mistake of ordering from a few companies lately who claim to be UK based and in actual fact they're based in China.

One example, Olivia Mae UK, I ordered some dresses from totalling £115 and they came about 6 weeks later. I didn't like them so to send them back cost me £30 at the post office. They then apparently get stopped in customs so you can't have your refund. I threatened them with legal action and to expose them so they sent me £45 back. When you look on Trust Pilot, they do this to every customer!

So many adverts coming up on Facebook these days but please just stick to what you know xx

Nothing like the picture and returns are 50 pounds which is your responsibility! Sham of a company

The quality of the dress I ordered is horrendous, I waited for the dress two weeks! Don’t ord as the postage back to China is £17 and they won’t honour it!

Had the worst experience with this company. DO NOT buy anything from them. Absolutely shocking quality of clothing, you would just put them in the bin more like rags. I spent over £200 so wanted a full refund. After days of emails and trying to give me part refund and keep the dreadful cloths, they eventually sent me their return address which is China. Don’t send anything back as it will not arrive it gets stuck in transit. The best way to get your money back is to go through your bank and do a charge back, if the bank don’t help you which mine didn’t (co op bank) then you need to ring your bank and complain about the service. Once you receive the final letter of response saying they won’t refund you go to the financial ombudsman and within a couple of days you will get a refund. I’m still down on the postage which was £34.20 tracked and signed for but I’m currently trying to get this back through Royal Mail, as my parcel is classed as lost. This has been going on since August, it’s a joke this company are still trading. They need to be STOPPED they have given me so much stress for the last few weeks and all these reviews are saying exactly the same. AVOID at all costs.

Items never arrived

I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my order of dresses to arrive. Tracking not updated since the day of my order. Customer services keeps saying they are prioritising my order, that it will 'arrive soon' and they 'completely understand my concern'. I really, really doubt it.

I have just issued an order cancellation, but I hold zero hope of getting any kind of refund. I paid £160, I'm guessing I can kiss that goodbye.

UPDATE: After 5 weeks waiting I finally received my order. I can only describe the dresses as exceptionally poor fancy dress costumes for a 9yr old. Tiny sizes, terrible quality, and look nothing like the pictures on their site.
Customer services has also disappeared since I asked for my money back.
Only difference I have now is that my email is being BOMBARDED with spam since I complained. May be a coincidence, but the timing is too perfect.

How this company feels right operating like it does is beyond me.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. NOT EVEN WORTH. A REVIEW NOTHING BUT A SCAM , spent £95 on dresses sent back in SEPTEMBER (after emails to and fro trying to persuade me to keep them 🙄 offering money of my next order (joke) finally gave me a return address to China which cost me £22!!! Been messaging back and forth and they tell me it’s stuck in customs ! So all in all over £110 down the drain nothing to show for it!! The dresses were awful, was Cheap shit from china !! Says Olivia Maes boutique UK!! & 100% not uk based ! AVOID THIS AWFUL PLACE ! How they can continue to get away with it I really don’t know !! Site should be closed down ! And police should pay these SCAMMERS a visit !

This website uses .uk in its URL but it's actually based in China where the items are shipped from and of course it takes forever to arrive. I ordered a dress 5 weeks early for my birthday, which arrive the week of my birthday event. The dress was advertised as a UK size 4-6. This bandeau dress was so big I didn't even need to zip it down, as I could step into it (and out). It was more like a size 10.

When I looked up how to return this item, it said they do not cover the return postage and it needs to be covered by the customer. I emailed to ask them to waive this and they refused. Instead, they offered either 30% partial refund and no need to return it, or get 60% off anything else from their website, as returning it back to China would be costly, and they claim "not environmentally friendly" how ironic. I did not want to buy anything else that wouldn't fit me so asked for the partial refund and maybe in the future if I can be bothered and abroad I could get it tailored for cheap. Disgusting fake scam website. The white dress wasn't even white.

What a terrible company saying they delivered my parcel I was away on holiday when I was suppose to receive my parcel I have never received it Iv emailed this to them and they do not care

If I could give a minus 10 I would. I ordered a 'chain mail' dress. It was the s**test, most awful sequin fabric. I could have bought something from the market that is better quality. It's not even long enough to be a top let alone a dress. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. It the worst thing I have honestly ever bought online in my life. Please don't buy from this scamming company.
