If there was a possibility to give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst experience we have ever encountered with a company. My partner put an order in but after checking reviews afterwards online, we realised the reviews on their website were from a different company, spelt similarly (Olivia May). It took over 3 weeks for the items to arrive in separate packages. We tried to return the items multiple times after they kept offering % of a refund. We wanted 100% of the refund and it was so difficult for them to accept this. The costs of the return was ours and it was around £20 to get it tracked back to China. When it got to China, it was sat in a processing state for just over 18 days. I spoke to Evri and they confirmed that Olivia Mae never completed any customs declaration documents to ensure it was processed, then the parcel is being returned to the sender. It has been 4 months since the order went in, and we're still no better off. Currently in discussions with Paypal, Barclays, & Evri. I absolutely urge no one orders from this company.

I bought a dress for my sisters wedding, when it came the material was alot cheaper than it looked on the picture to the point it was see through. It was hideous. So knowing how much it cost I paid the shipping over £26 to send it back. I thought this was a UK site as the Web address was '.uk'. Turns out I had to send it to China! I did so in August and beginning of Dec I've received the dress back. It was a scam. So I now cannot sent it back nor will they refund me.

Not even worth a star. Bought two blouses for over $100. Advertised as linen silk. When they eventually arrived it was clear they were horrible polyester and too small. After a long conversation with someone about returns , and after they offered me $20 to keep them, I received an address to return them to China. I paid another $25 for the return. Now, 2.5 month later the package got returned, address unknown.
Do NOT buy anything from this company. They are not genuine and will just take your money.

Ordered a £50 coat/scarf piece from this website they have clearly stolen their images and videos from somewhere else, they did not send the package on time, they said attempted delivery even though this was rubbish and charged for a redelivery fee, when the cost arrived I actually laughed out loud, it's literally made from the cheapest felt-like material, the kind of material we used to cut up in nursery, the coat had no shape, no real refunds process, you have to email them for a return form. They will email you back but will convince you to buy something else or give you vouchers and avoid giving you a refund. If you say you want a refund, they then send you a return form and state that you need to pay the charges to ship the item back to China. They don't know what the charge is. Not sure it's worth going to all this hassle and doesn’t look like I will get my refund, will try to dispute it through Amex. AVOID.

Awful company (one woman band). Overpriced tat. When the goods came they were 3 sizes too small!! The materials used cheap and scratchy and awfully made. Couldn't return them without paying for my own courier to China then they got stopped in customs and never saw them again!! Got 15% of £145 back - plus my £35 returns I had to pay for - terrible!!! You need to give up making clothes and choose a different career!! You’re a crook!!!

The reviews are correct I can tell you that much. I ordered a dress on the 8th of November it arrived 3 weeks later. Just one week before the event I ordered it for. Lucky I had a backup isn’t it. Absolutely awful. Customer service was helpful when I emailed about my delivery. But thats as far as the positives go unfortunately. The dress I ordered is nothing like the dress i received. Cheap material and it doesn’t even fit correctly. To much material in areas making it look horrendous. I paid £45 for my item in their sale but the dress itself is maybe worth £6. The only thing I can compare it to is a children’s dress up dress. That kind of cheap material. I ordered the elegant maxi dress for reference. Fits nothing like the photos show on their website. I’m not even going to try for a refund. I’ve seen the reviews on their return process. I just wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Waste of money. Don’t do it. False advertisement. Fake positive reviews. The dress I ordered, advertised on another site also. So definitely not genuine. Website wants taking down.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Awful company, over £80 in dresses sent back months ago (after emails to and fro trying to persuade me to keep them 🙄) finally gave me a return address to China which cost me £25. Still awaiting a response/refund. So all in all over £100 down. The dresses were awful, looked so cheap and tacky. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a hot pink dress over a month ago and it’s only just arrived (way too late for the event I was going to wear it at). When it did finally turn up, it was orange and the dress gaped in the weirdest places! I asked to return it to find out they were going to still charge me for returning it even though they had delivered it 2 weeks after the expected delivery date. I’ve asked for a return label and they are doing everything in their power to avoid giving it to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I wish there were no stars this company is in breach of trading standards. Order a dress returned to china at a cost of £22 on 14th August only for the dress to be retuned to me today to say unknown address!!!!!! Trading standards really should get involved with this company

I have had a really awful time with this company, bought a dress that came faulty and not like the photo in any way. Told them about the issue and they ignored me and sent default emails offering discounts on next purchases etc when all I wanted to do was return the item. I finally got a return address, and paid £25 for tracked delivery. This was months and months ago, the item has been been delivered back to them, yet they have denied receiving it. Avoid this company at all costs, they need to be shut down.

Still waiting on a delivery over 8 weeks!!! Stuck in transit and will arrive apparently next week or the week after. Refuse to give me info to get a refund. Absolutely shocking. Will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend either

I spent £45 on a dress which took weeks to come it is awful it’s so thin and cheap and the zip doesn’t work on it looks nothing like the photos

They've clearly nicked photos of dresses from other genuine online retailers and send out poorly made rip offs from China. They refused to fund the cost of return, said the reason it looked different was due to lighting and styling. Many offers of vouchers, discounts, etc.

My bank (Barclays) allowed me to dispute the transaction via a process called Chargeback. Its where a retailer is in breach of Consumer Rights Act, whereby the item has to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If its not the consumer cant lose out financially (ie us having to pay to send these pieces of sh*t back to China). I think it has to be under £100 for your bank to claw the money back, I got my £48 quid refunded though so hopefully you can try the same :)

Absolutely shocking company. The clothes are nothing like the pictures they advertise, VERY poor quality.
I returned my order which I had to pay for (£30!!) it got to China because I could track it but then nothing else. They are saying they haven’t received it back, I have proof that I posted it to them so I’ve asked them to chase it at their end because it’s not my fault they use China as a return destination but they do not want to know.
My advice is do not order from them, they make the clothing look lovely online but it is so poor and it’s expensive to return it, they’ll say they haven’t received it back, so will not refund it so you are left with nothing.

If I could rate zero I would! Please don’t ever use this company.

It took months to received half of a large order I was chasing for the other half for months which still was never received.

I requested to return the half of the order I did receive as the clothes were awful, poor quality extremely overpriced clothing ( like they have send from Ali express ) they told me I was not allowed to return until the second half of the order arrived and they refused to give me a refund.

I still did not recieved the second half and they were still not allowing a return ( the first half of my order totaled to over £300 ) the whole order was around £550.

I had no choice to request a chargeback from the bank as I did not recieved the items and they were not allowing me to return the items
I did receive.

They are now emailing me chasing the fund of £389 for the half I did receive saying the return time has now expired even though I requested to return months ago and have been sending many emails. They are now threatening me with legal action if I don’t pay ( which I will not be doing as I am still asking to return which they are not allowing )

The order I placed took way longer than they said it would, and only then did I look ar reviews and eamil them. The dress I ordered was a complete copy of Meshki, photos included.

When I inquired about the delivery I was definetly just sent an AI automated response. They do not take customer service seriously

Hopefully I will get a refund, but don't make the same mistake I did!

Do not order from this site! They state they offer 100% satisfaction or guarantee return and refund. It’s not until you want to return that the small print states at your cost and it’s back to Asia! You need proof of postage so lowest cost is £20 to return a small package.
The quality of the items are nothing like the images portray either.
The website with a .uk address is false security

Bad for the environment, complicated returns process, do not use! They will make you pay for return shipping costs. Products are not worth the price paid, poor quality.
