I ordered 3 dresses which after 4 weeks had not arrived. I asked for a refund but they told me they had shipped the items but would send a replacement if they weren’t with me. I asked for a refund as the event I needed them for had already passed. The said no as a replacement was sent. I received the replacement which I had to pay £13 for to return to china by the way, NOT A UK SHOP. The items have been returned and they are still refusing a refund which was over £100!!

Spent £85 on 2 dresses, they took over a month and half to arrive. When they finally did arrive they were rubbish low quality. Overpriced rubbish.

When I went to return, was told I have to pay for my return. Cost me £17 to return, now the parcel is stuck at Chinese customs, have no way of getting hold of the to pay taxes. Absolutely no help from Olivia Mae customers services.

The website kind of advertise as a UK one but it’s not, the customer services you can only get hold of 1 girl over email. Feels like you’re speaking to a robot to.

Now I’m over £100 down with no dresses to show from it. Please steer clear.

I spent £38 on my dress for my sisters birthday. I expected it to arrive fairly quickly and it took the maximum working days for it to arrive, so in the end I had to go and purchase something else. It finally arrived exactly 12 working days after initial order and the quality was atrocious! Flimsy material that was not flattering at all, I would expect this sort of quality from not paying too much for a dress but for £38?! Definitely not worth the money, and charging me for shipping it back to the warehouse? This is absolutely ridiculous, please don’t buy from this company it’s completing misleading and it’s false advertising!!

SCAM!! Bought a dress for £45 and it arrived two weeks later despite saying 48 days tracking. Then they refused to refund me despite it saying on their website a clear refund policy! They tried to make multiple “offers” with me to keep the product or to buy more, total scam and never experienced anything like it. STAY CLEAR!

SHOCKING, SCAMMERS.
This company have stolen £250 from Me. I ordered clothes expecting high quantity given the price. The clothes were abysmal, such poor cheap quality, don’t even ask about the time they took to arrive either. I’ve returned all items at the cost of £35 for signed and tracked postage all the way to CHINA not a uk company — for the company to tell me it didn’t get through customs so I can’t have my money back. To then be offered 40% back, then 60% back then 70% back, meaning they still Profited £50 odd from me and I’m out of pocket. Then through there appalling communication they must have slipped up and said the parcel is now on the way to them, when they get it I might be able to have my refund. So when I have highlighted this mistake in contrast to there previous emails and asked for answers I have been dismissed and told if I don’t agree to 70% I’ll have nothing - despite them writing in an email that the parcel is now on the way to them and therefore I’m rightfully eligible for my full refund. There was no clear instructions regarding customs. I filled out the sheets and paid accordingly. This is a scammer website stealing money and regaining their shitty clothes to resell and have the same process start again . I am outrageous and will not be resting till I get back my £250 I have proof of all there poor and misleading communication that I will be publishing.

Returned my item over 2 months ago and still have received my refund. The sizing it’s all wrong!

Ordered a dress from what I believed was a uk site, but no...... took 3 weeks to arrive and the quality is awful. They had the dress full price at £55 but I got it for £38. It's not worth £15 to be honest. Now I've been waiting 5 days for them to reply to my 3 emails requesting a returns and refund. Will NOT be ordering anything from this company EVER again.

Can't really give them 1 star. Sent a complete pile of crap to me (not what was advertised) and refused to give my money back they told me after 4 e mails and multiple 'offers' to keep my dress and get a bit of money back (a token £7) that they don't like to return ship due to environmental impact blah blah that is £45 I won't see again

Complete scams! Don't buy from them. They need to be reported and banned from doing business in the UK. They sent me a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised and when I asked to return for a refund, they asked me to send it to Asia at my own cost. They are a fraudulent business and the reviews on their website is a complete fraud.

Items took over 2 weeks to arrive, the tracker doesn’t update until arrival and the dress that arrived is the cheapest material. I won’t be ordering again.

I am going through the exact same situation as the reviewee below. STAY AWAY and REPORT.

In August, I spent £127 on the site. I should add they are not a U.K. company and are based in China. The products arrived after 21 days and were awful quality, plus the sizing was completely inaccurate. I had to fight for a return label including which was more like a negotiation with their sales assistant. Finally, I got details for China and I paid £27 for the item to be returned. 51 DAYS LATER it’s conveniently sent back from customs without any communication as to why. I have contacted the site and they are proving incredibly difficult saying I didn’t have the right papers. It’s a clothes return so I don’t quite understand why customs are involved. I have a suspicious feeling that the company doesn’t actually exist and that this is an elaborate scam. Im going through my credit card company and seeking legal advice.

Completely agree with the below review. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Returned a parcel to China which cost £30 and conveniently got refused at customs (even though it’s only clothing) and now company refusing to refund any payments. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I have never dealt with a company like this.
You will not get any refunds, terrible customer service.
I have sent a parcel back for refund, paying lots for ups courier service, that the company have refused, so you will not receive a credit or money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered a dress that cost me £45. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Worst quality I have ever witnessed, reminded me of a fancy dress costume I wore as a child. When I asked to return the item, they offered me a 30% refund 'in a bid to help the environment', yet their dresses appear to be made from 100% polyester.

They take pictures from other high end websites to scam people into buying their products. If they refuse my refund again, I will be taking legal actions.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS this company is a scam - do not get drawn in by them or use any of their other websites. I have found 2 others, but there maybe more. They take your money, no return possible, items aren't as described, take ages to arrive and they don't answer any emails - no phone option available. Items come from China / Asia - but looks like they are based in The Hague, Netherlands. Other websites linked to them to avoid are: Ruby and Mae and Mason and Rae. APPALLING - ITS ABOUT TIME TRADING STANDARDS LOOKED INTO THIS AND CLOSED THEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY

Worst quality items, absolute scam. The item I paid for was £50+ delivery and looked gorgeous in the photos. The material of the coat upon arrival was like children’s felt, weighed about 10g and looked like it cost less than £1 to make looked nothing like the images used which are clearly taken from instagram/ tiktok wearing higher end clothing and not real models with the actual brands clothes on. I usually do not have an issue with paying a small fee for a return as understood at the point of sale I’d have to cover the return cost. Once I applied for my refund I was informed I’d have to cover shipping from the uk to china (minimum £93) or I could have a 15% refund. I complained and said this was not clear at the time of purchase to then be offered 20% refund. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS
